Welcome to Nayri Ocean 702, by Bay Property & Rentals. Make yourself at home in this brand new, fully furnished penthouse in the heart of the Golden Zone of Bucerias, steps away from the beach and excellent restaurants serving all kinds of food. Enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning from your private balcony with views, don't miss a workout day at the gym and relax in the jacuzzi and pool area. It has a King-size bed and full bath and rain shower, private outdoor furnished terrace, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and sweetener for a more enjoyable stay, ceiling fans and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. For your convenience there is a washing machine inside the apartment. As well as cleaning service once a week (in case of stay longer than a week). Please ask for more information. All guests have access to the gym and common areas on the second floor and enjoy together a fantastic afternoon in the infinity pool and jacuzzi with whirlpool, both heated. If your plan is on the beach, you can spend a nice afternoon because it is just a few steps to the bar of our complex. The atmosphere surrounding Nayri Ocean Bucerias reflects the local scene: a relaxed and vibrant place to experience the magic of the colorful streets, the flavors of the many local restaurants and small stores, the traditional Art Walk, the craft markets, and one of the most beautiful beaches in the Riviera Nayarit Bucerias is a small fishing village just half an hour north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. The Golden Zone is a picturesque area that is easy to explore on foot and by bicycle, perfect for admiring the colors, flavors and all the charm of Bucerías. Nayri Ocean is close to the “Riviera Nayarit” Boulevard, where you can take public transportation during the day, and Taxi and Uber services are available 24/7.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was beautifully set up and just as "advertised." Staff and residents/guests in the complex were super friendly. Perfect location.

Great Location and Big Space!

We spent two weeks here in the heart of Bucerias and couldn't be happier with the location and ambiance. The good: Great location, walk to everything, huge deck with awesome views, beautiful pool area and the condo staff and snack bar staff were all friendly and accommodating. Bay Property staff were also available and responsive. The not so good: It appears this unit has never been actually lived in, and has likely been a vacation rental, there was one kitchen towel, no wash cloths in the bathrooms and a few other things that were a slight inconvenience such as zero spices aside from salt and pepper, no oil, cooking spray or other spices etc. We were surprised that their wasn't an oven, it was not listed in the amenity details so it was our mistake for not seeing that, however, they did list a microwave and there isn't one there (they have since revised the listing). The powered blinds didn't work and there was a leak in the refrigerator that couldn't be fixed (the maintenance person put a bowl in the refrigerator to catch the water). it was nice to have a washer and dryer, however, there was no laundry soap. All in all we had a nice time but would not stay in this unit again.
