"Great location. Quick, short walk to the mall with supermarkets etc. Apartments had good car parking and room was a good size, with small balcony. Superficially the room was clean and tidy but there were stains on bed, curtains and carpet. The bedside cabinet drawers and door frames were quite unpleasant. Water pressure was just enough. I was visiting friends nearby so the location was great for me and the room was adequate as I really only needed somewhere to sleep, otherwise I wouldn't...

"The location is superb which is close to an outlet and there are many scenic places in the vicinity, too. The accommodation is also outstanding providing all necessary utensils and facilities. It also provides a nice view from the balcony. With such a reasonable price this place is highly recommended and we would come back again when I travelled to Gold Coast next time. P.S. The door is self-locked but if it can provide a safety lock it would be more perfect."

"Things to remember when booking this hotel... The "Spa" is not included in your stay and located in the basement. Its a different company entity "Evergreen Day Spa" and charge $15 p/d for pool usage. Hotel is close proximity to hospital therefore be prepared to hear sirens all night long. Breakfast buffet is $25 per person Monday-Friday 6.30am-9.30am so time it well. Food options are basically next door on either side but when in doubt - theres a Foodworks also.
