This is Fontana Cabana, and you'll be planning next year's trip before you leave.

ABOUT THIS SPACE
Fontana Cabana is a main house plus a private guest suite above the garage: 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and room for everyone to spread out without drifting apart.

Main level
Walk in under soaring timber trusses and 100-year-old barn wood floors. The great room's wall of windows frames the lake view, with a hanging fireplace for cool evenings. Cook together in the gourmet kitchen: a big island, a 5-burner gas range, a coffee bar with drip and pod brewers, and seating for the whole crew. Dining for 8 opens to the covered deck, where a lit fire table, lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table look out over the water and mountain views. The king primary suite has its own ensuite bath and balcony, so first light over the water is the view from your pillow. Up the spiral stairs, a loft bedroom with a queen bed, reading chairs and a chess table tucks under the vaulted pine ceiling.

Lower level
Downstairs is the game room: a big sectional, a live-edge bar with board games, shuffleboard, and sliding doors to a deck. Two bedrooms share a full bath here, including a bunk room with a queen plus bunks that kids claim within minutes of arrival. Step outside to the hot tub on its private deck, tucked into the trees with lake glimpses.

Garage game zone
The garage turns into the hangout: golf simulator, ping pong, foosball and lounge seating. Settle a family rivalry on the simulator when it's pouring outside, then rematch at the ping pong table.

Guest suite
Above the garage, the guest suite gives grandparents, a couple or the teens their own space: a king bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, living area, workspace and pull-out sofa.

Outside
Wander down to the private covered dock with kayaks, paddle boards and a boat slip. Rent a pontoon from a local marina and keep it here all week. Back up the hill: the fire pit ringed by Adirondack chairs, a covered patio, cornhole, and a gas grill.

Seasonal note: the dock, kayaks and paddle boards are a spring-through-fall treat. TVA lowers Fontana Lake each winter, and the dock sits out of the water. The hot tub, fire pit, golf simulator and game room keep the fun going year-round.

GUEST ACCESS
Self check-in with a door code; no key handoff, no waiting. You have the whole property: main house, guest suite, garage game room, decks, hot tub, fire pit and the dock in season. The garage beneath the guest suite stays locked and is not open to guests. After booking, every reservation completes our rental agreement and ID check through Hospitable.

PARKING
Free driveway parking for 3 vehicles right at the house. The driveway sits right beside the front door, so unloading coolers and luggage is easy. HOUSE RULES
- Max 16 guests. No parties or unregistered guests.
- Quiet hours 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
- Dogs only, with approval; select pets when you book.
- No glitter, confetti or hair dye.
- Hot tub: 18+ only unless supervised by an adult. Not recommended for children under 5. Shower first, no glass, cover on when done.
- Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
