"Room was clean and big. Staff was very helpful. Location is great. Only problem is the free airport shuttle only holds a few people and you have to reserve it at the desk the day before. Not a reliable way to get to the airport as a result. Uber is cheap and quick. Otherwise, was a good stay for what we needed!"

"It cannot get any Better than this Place. The room was spotless. The view was intense. The detail to the experience is twice over Disney. The Staff "Aida - went beyond what I have ever had in any hospitality environment" A+ - Lizzy & Gabby at 2am fulfilled my needs and beyond expectations. Payton took care of my family with security that was very appreciated. These 4 I would Hire/Recruit from universal in a heartbeat."

"All staff that we came upon were excellent. Very nice and professional staff members all around. The food and drinks selections were great from the lakeside bar, kitchen and bar, breakfast, and kick back. The room was clean and spacious with all working appliances. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well taken care of. The arcade had plenty of fun games. Also had no problem with delivery drop off to the hotel. No complaints at all!"
