"The property was rather lacking. Upon arrival, the receptionist sent me to a dirty room, then switched me. On the second day, I was sick, and a different receptionist was very helpful in finding an urgent care near the hotel."

"Front desk staff were wonderful. Room was clean but there were problems with the shower. Water would get cold, then warm up, then hot and then cold again. It seemed to work better in the AM but not the PM. Also the water pressure wasn’t the best. Breakfast was ok. Pancake machine wasn’t working and fruit choices were limited. Parking looked fine but we didn’t have a car so I’m not sure if there were any issues. "

Unfortunately, things only got worse once we entered our room. In the bathroom, we found a pair of dirty underwear, and there was also a pair of used socks left in the room. "There was sufficient free parking and the room was clean. I did not partake in the breakfast. the front doors were very heavy and were not automatic. This made it difficult to get myself and my luggage in and out of the property"

"The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"
