"The staff made us feel like family. Rosa, Hilde, Amalie, and Souad were always available and helpful when needed. The breakfast was amazing, especially the coffee refills and the omelets. The hotel facilities were very clean and the lobby was a comfortable place to sit and have a coffee, tea or drink depending on what we felt like. We cannot wait to return."

"This is kind of a crazy property. It’s two buildings that have been connected years ago to get to our room. We had to go up elevator down a hall through a crosswalk to the other building and then upstairs kind of crazy not the greatest with all the luggage, but it’s OK The Windows we couldn’t open. They had been screwed shot for some reason. The bathroom was nice and big. We could open the one bedroom window about 3 inches definitely time for a major upgrade facelift."

The strike by hotel and restaurant workers had an obvious impact on the breakfast experience;though we only found out on arrival, when at reception we were told that no hot food would be on offer.This was a major problem for my wife who has significant blood-sugar problems. The choice of low sugar foods was woeful with only two choices of fruit, both not classed as low sugar. The choice of cereals and pastries did not compensate for the lack low sugar...

So didn't have a good sleep - the primary function of a hotel. One towel was threadbare. The bed was comfortable, as were the sheets. Bathroom was compact; only a shower stall, not tub."

"Everything is done via the app, check-in, key on phone, check out. Room is clean. The key situation is absolutely dreadful. Useless is about what I can say. Rarely works and have to constantly keep restarting phone for the key to work. Not helpful at all. Pillows are so flat and uncomfortable. Towels are tiny and not the best. Shower is not bad at all. Cooking utensils everything you need for a studio room no problems at all. Apartment is close to everything you need, site seeing, tour...
