  • The Bradley House es una casa estilo rancho bellamente decorada en un vecindario encantador a 2 millas del centro histórico de Bryan y 3. 5 millas del campo Kyle de TAMU. Entrar en la casa es como retroceder en el tiempo, pero con todas las comodidades modernas para que su estadía sea fácil y cómoda.

    Hay dos grandes suites de un dormitorio principal (King & Quilt Rooms) en un plano de planta dividido, cada una con baño en suite con ducha. El 'King' tiene una cama King size CA, un televisor de 50 "montado en la pared y puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren al patio. El 'Quilt "tiene una cama queen size y un televisor montado en la pared de 50". La habitación "Red Queen" es un gran tercer dormitorio con una cama queen size y un televisor montado en la pared de 50 ".

    Hay dos salas de estar grandes que se pueden usar como un espacio abierto o separadas por puertas corredizas de granero para crear un cuarto dormitorio (sofá futón tamaño queen y un televisor de 43 "pulgadas). El gran comedor tiene capacidad para seis personas y se encuentra junto a la sala de estar principal que cuenta con una chimenea eléctrica y una chimenea de 65 "
    TV montada en la pared. La cocina está completamente equipada para sus necesidades de cocina con una mesa y cuatro taburetes. El garaje para dos autos es para su uso con una lavadora y secadora. También hay una segunda entrada para estacionamiento de vehículos recreativos si es necesario.

    El patio y el patio trasero ofrecen áreas cubiertas y abiertas, ambas amuebladas para su disfrute. Hay una cosecha restaurada con capacidad para cuatro invitados, perfecta para cenar, juegos de cartas, dominó, etc. Hay una chimenea de leña, una parrilla de barbacoa de gas (tanque incluido).

    Por dentro y por fuera, Bradley House ha sido cuidadosamente amueblada y equipada para que su estadía sea lo más agradable posible. La entrada sin llave, wi-fi, televisores inteligentes con Roku (Netflix, Amazon Prime, ¡no olvide sus contraseñas!), abridores de puertas de garaje, secadores de pelo, etc.

    Tenga en cuenta las reglas de la casa: solo huéspedes registrados. Los invitados adicionales deben tener un acuerdo por escrito. Fumar solo al aire libre. No hay fiestas ruidosas que molesten a los vecinos, no hay ruido después de las 10 PM.

The Bradley House

Rating items cover in summary how we felt about the stay. Probably best part for me was the location not too far from TX A&M campus for easy access to the planned activities for the weekend. Neighborhood was quiet, making our stay most enjoyable, especially spending time on the well furnished back patio.

We had an amazing stay at this house! Was very comfortable for 6 people and 2 dogs. House is very dog friendly with treats included! Everything we needed was there, including VERY comfortable beds! We will stay again!!

The property is well kept and has a great layout. Everything from WiFi to the televisions to A/C all worked great. The beds are comfortable and the host was wonderful. We’ll be returning!

Wonderful house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood

We stayed here for our daughter’s college graduation. It was perfect. Lots of space, comfy beds, amazing backyard, completely outfitted kitchen, tons of parking. House was SOOOOO clean! Owner was lovely to work with and even left us a treat upon arrival. We will absolutely stay again!

Perfect Amenities!

We appreciated the amenities the property had to offer. It was like being at our own house. We enjoyed using the backyard area to grill steaks and let our fur baby run about. The Rooms were the perfect size and the beds were comfortable. This allowed us to dodge the crowds at restaurants and enjoy our peace and quiet unlike what a hotel offers.

The Bradley home was very much a home away from home, especially after a long journey across Texas. It had every amenity we needed, the beds were comfortable and the backyard was perfect for our service dog. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and the host even left a wonderful treat for us when we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet and was a quick 10 minute drive to Texas A&M University. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect stay for Ring Dunk weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Bradley House for ring dunk weekend. The home has a great layout for families, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and other things you may need, Debby has added special touches to each room and even has supplies for dogs . The backyard is beautiful with several outdoor tables and chairs and a covered area. It was perfect for my daughter’s ring dunk gathering with family and friends. We had a wonderful stay!

Great for family stay

The property is roomy & in excellent condition. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to campus. Several family members were able to stay together as we gathered for a TAMU graduation. The house layout worked really well for family time. The kitchen was well stocked for us to prepare food for our family. Debby was responsive throughout the booking & planning process & took steps to make us feel welcome. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Quiet and hospitable

What a perfect place to enjoy calm in the midst of graduation festivities. Debby keeps a clean, very well stocked home. The two bedrooms on one side and one on the other suited us well. Lots of sitting areas, both inside and outside, were appreciated. Very hospitable touches were found throughout. Great area for my morning walks as well and a short drive to campus and close to the HEB. Thank you, Debby!!

Our son is a student at Texas A&M and were visiting for Thanksgiving from Florida. Deby is a wonderful host who takes pride in her property and helping her tenants. No surprises, just as advertised. I look forward to renting in the future!! Thanks Deby!!

What a great house! It had everything we needed and it was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter getting her Aggie Ring! The backyard is perfect for gathering, playing washer and eating! We will definitely be back.

My new favorite home away from home

We travel a lot and have stayed in many different houses around the country that I have loved, but this one has vaulted to the top of my list. Our trip to College Station was a long weekend to move our youngest baby into her new apartment for her freshman year at A&M. Part of the reason we chose the Bradley house is so we could bring her dog with us, that way she got to spend time with him right up until the minute we left for home. The backyard was great for him! And the house is wonderful, it is definitely bigger inside than it appears from the front. Love the enormous master suite, TVs in all the bedrooms and the living areas, a bathroom for each bedroom, the thoughtful extras everywhere - the list of things I love is too long for this review! Definitely plan to return here for visits over the next four years ❤️

Cozy and comfortable

Debby’s home was perfect for us while we were in Bryan visiting our son and his family. The grandchildren had a great time with us having sleepovers at the house, and there was plenty of room. I would recommend it.

Lovely neighborhood

Staying at the Bradley House was like visiting grandmas house. We had everything we needed and felt so welcome. The beds were comfortable and the back yard was perfect to cook out and enjoy family. We went for many walks in the quiet neighborhood and everyone was so friendly. We would highly recommend this property for all your needs in the Bryan/College Station area!!

Great rental house very close to A&M campus

Very nice and clean ranch style house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Perfect place for a family to stay together in a comfortable environment that feels more like home than any hotel ever will. Back yard is spacious and well shaded with plenty of seating around the patio. We were there for graduation but it would also be a perfect spot for any occasion that brought you to the College Station/Bryan area.
