A few things could have been better. The water/ice in fridge wasn’t working. More wash clothes needed. Excellent response when booking and communication.

Very accommodating owner. We were only in town for 1 night (friend’s birthday party 1 exit away). The owner turned the heat on for us and let us know the house was ready and we could check in early. The house is exactly as listed. It’s very nice and clean! Tons of games to play. We had a great time and will definitely stay next time we’re in town. Oh…Master bed and pillows are VEEY COMFORTABLE!

The home was just as pictured. It was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were really comfortable. An unexpected plus was the dining table with a built in lazy Susan that was fun for playing games! The owners were very kind and responsive. The neighborhood is older and there are some homes that are not well kept, but don’t let that stop you from staying here. We noticed that some homes were being remodeled, so that’s a good sign of revitalization. We felt safe and would choose to stay here again!

The owners of this rental went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family for my son's college graduation! We will definitely stay here next time we need a place in College Station/ Bryan! The place is beautiful and clean and the shuffleboard was a really fun addition!

Great house for our stay of one night, in town for a family member’s wedding. Really appreciated the good communication with the host, he was so helpful in accommodating a special request. Also, I’ve stayed in several rentals over the years and this might be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!! Didn’t cook so can’t say much about specific kitchen amenities, but certainly we had all the basics we needed. The location was good for us as it was near our event venue, but the neighborhood wasn’t great; however there were several new builds on the street so looks like it’s improving. Would stay again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at this property- we came in for a wedding, the owner allowed us to check in a little early to account for some time needed to get ready for the rehearsal dinner. The house is new, nice, clean and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the games and shuffleboard. We would definitely book this place again. Easy access to all of B/CS -- Gig em

We stayed her for our son's graduation and the home was great! Clean, easy to access and plenty of room for all of us. We were here with my elderly parents and it was very easy for them to get around. Quiet neighborhood and an easy drive to campus! We will stay here again when we come back in the fall for games!

Rented this property to visit our son for his birthday. Had plenty of space to have friends over to celebrate. Owners were very responsive to all inquiries before and during our stay. Though this home is new, neighborhood was older, but felt very safe and was very quiet. Would definitely rent this property again.
