Welcome to this charming one-level home located in the heart of Bryan, Texas, boasting three bedrooms and an outdoor covered patio w/ TV.

The primary room offers a king bed and on-suite bathroom. The two guest rooms offer queen beds with a shared bath. Full size washer & dryer.

The well-equipped kitchen features Keurig coffee maker, gas range, and the essentials for entertaining.

The amazing locations if only 3.3 miles to the grocery, dining, and 6.4 miles to TAMU.

All rooms are equipped with new beds for maximum comfort with new quality bedding, your sleep is important to us.

Our entertaining room has a 75 inch 4k UHD TV with perfect lamp placement for optimum viewing.

The King Suite is decorated to make you feel like royalty accompanied with a 43 inch 4k Fire TV along with a private bath.

Our Second and Third Room have queen beds with usable dressers, nightstands, and closets to make you feel right at home.

Make sure to take advantage of our fully stocked kitchen and patio.

Beautiful home to stay

We had a wonderful experience staying at this home and our first time in college station. The neighborhood was safe and very nice. The home was cozy and beautiful. It was very clean, had all the amenities needed to stay for the weekend. I would stay at this home again and recommend it!

The floor plan and furniture layout are great ! The bedrooms and bedding are very nice ! Spacious backyard and established, nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Holiday stay

We used the property to cook and serve holiday meals and we played games at my sisters home. She lives real close so this was perfect to have extra space for all the family.

Graduation weekend

We loved our stay at this home. Our daughter graduated from nursing school and we enjoyed a small gathering of family back at the house to continue to celebrate her. The home was clean, well stocked,and had detail necessities. Our host was accomodating, and a great commuicator. We had no issues and was a great stay. I would definitely recommend for a placs to stay.

Great Stay for A&M vs UT game!

Great patio! Cute decor! Nice neighborhood! Three couples in town for the football game. Price was great compared to other listings for such a big game weekend. Would stay here again.

Close to Santa's Wonderland

This home was perfect for our family's holiday trip to Santa's Wonderland. The home accompanied everyone comfortably and my grandsons enjoyed having the space in the nice backyard. The home was clean and spacious.

Quiet, comfortable place to unwind

A weekend of dear friends gathering for a little quiet r&r. The house is beautifully furnished and laid out nicely. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. Great value for the price. The only downside was no propane tank for the fire pit on the back porch which is fabulous. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again if the need arises.

Shower the Bride

We live in the area but needed a place to get together with a few family members to give my niece a bridal shower. We didn't want to have it at anyone's home because of the added stress of fridge space, cleaning, etc, and it was too few people to rent out a party space. This worked out perfectly. It was clean, nicely decorated, and great location! Her little get together was beautiful! The only issue we ran into was trying to figure out the outside light set up. How to get on the porch lights and the string lights. We reached out to the host and he quickly got back to us with what we needed to do. Overall - 10 out of 10!! I would buy the house myself if it went on the market today!!

Great property close to campus

The house was beautifully renovated and nicely decorated. Lots of room for the four of us and everything we needed. Communication with the property owner Chris for questions was easy and his replies made us feel welcome. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. The backyard was also really nice. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home

Our stay was great. The home is very stylish, modern and great use of space. Lots of room for privacy and comfortable furniture. We would have loved to use the patio but it is Texas in August, so we decided to stay inside. Check in and out was very easy and communication was great. The neighborhood was very nice, and in a great area to lots of places. Would stay again.

Pristine Property, Modern, Fully Equipped

We had a wonderful stay at this home, communication with host was excellent. Will stay again when in Aggieland. Highly recommend. We felt right at home. Clean, fully equipped. The backpatio was very nice for hanging out in the evening. Very cozy. Thank you for sharing your property with us!
