"Fantastic experience. Staff was just amazing. Excellent breakfast buffet every morning. Ask for train ticket at counter, the hotel sells train tickets at lesser cost than at station. We rented an EV to get around, hotel has plenty of parking and a charging station that we used each day to recharge."

"The room lacked amenities like face clothes, skin soap, body cream a workable coffee machine, and then the train was awfully close and noisy tho it did stop during the night. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices."

The rooms did not look at all like the pictures on the website and wasn’t worth the value for what you pay to stay there. We had 3 different rooms because the rooms were not clean enough to meet standard expectations. The manager was kind and helpful, and we appreciated her customer care for the concerns we shared."

"The studio unit for our family of four is located at the top of the building. The lift stops at second floor, we have to carry the luggage one more floor up to the room. The room size is good, kitchenette is useful. However the water heater doesn’t seem to be working. The water is only warm for the first five seconds, called the reception to report the issue and it didn’t get fixed. We ended up taking cold showers."
