"Was given the wrong room, was given a double bed instead of 2 singles even though property had confirmed my request. Was told I’d get the right room the next day. Had to check out 10am of wrong room and was told I’d have to wait until 3pm to check in to right room (staying 4 nights total). No compensation ..."
