"This little gem is just out of reach of town but close enough to get whats needed to enjoy being under a starry sky! Enough room outside to keep two little girls happy and room inside to just enjoy watching a movie and relaxing. There are so many different beaches to enjoy along the lake side. Highly recommend and hope more people can enjoy the cottage the way we did."

"Last minute booking to save long same day travelling. First time booking through VRBO. Totally pleased with the cottage rental. Well stocked with everything a family would need for a relaxing getaway. Spotless, quiet area. Reasonable prices."

"Everything went very smoothly. We loved the view from the cottage and the beach was excellent. The cottage is small but very attractive and well set up!"

"The cottage is worth the price. The wide lake view is amazing. We were 4 families who spent 2 nights at this cottage. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints, except that the bedding were not made when we arrived. Probably they were not changed since the previous guests left. We found some extra bedding in the closets but were not fresh. Except this part all our stay was pleasant."

"Lovely property, fire pit and barbecue were great, tiny beach is a few minutes' walk, bigger beach is maybe 15 minutes walk. Kitchen had tons of cooking equipment and dish service for 12. Owner was very reachable with questions. Lovely community, would stay again. "

"We were looking for a quiet getaway to relax and enjoy the outdoors, and Riverview was the perfect place. We enjoyed hiking on the 85 acre property, with lots of little hidden gems to find. Afterwards, a relaxing time on the beautiful wrap-around deck and a barbecue. The location is secluded, but close enough to get to the beaches and other towns within 20 minutes. "Absolutely fantastic accommodation in a beautiful location! The apartment was prefect, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Walking distance to shops, the beach, restaurants and hiking trails. Communication with the host was excellent. Check in was simple and easy to follow directions were provided. Kincardine is a fabulous town with lots to see and do. Thanks Ash for being such a great host!"

"The rooms are clean, plenty of towels. There are four bedrooms upstairs with their own en suite bathroom. There are two other rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom all very comfortable. there is another bedroom on the main floor that looks like it was once a large dining room. "The hosts were communicative, the rental was well equipped and little "extras" that made us feel welcome were provided. It would have been perfect if the cottage was a bit bigger and the beach sandy. "
