"Our stay at the Scarborough penthouse recently was brilliant. We went for my birthday and it couldn’t have been more special, easy to find and parking just outside. On arrival we took the lift and it opens up straight into the apartment giving it a very classy feel. The lovely open plan living room and kitchen was very clean and comfortable. The two bedrooms were large and beautifully set out. The best bit for us was the balcony with seating area and sea view. Overall all had a fantastic stay....

"We had an amazing 2 night stay and would highly recommend this property. We had property #3 which was on the 3rd floor access is only by stairs. This had two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room/ Kitchen area. "Property very clean and comfortable. As described. Plenty of space. 2 bathrooms makes it much easier with a bigger group. Communication very good. Excellent site overall - particularly good access to the beach and short walk into Filey. The only downside was the small amusement arcade which was very badly managed. Many machines nit working but still taking money. No staff on hand to resolve problems."
