"The place, the view, and the amenities are all great. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking gear, the bathroom towels are big and fluffy, and the bed is comfy. Sitting on the upstairs deck is our favorite activity while here. (And visiting with Peekaboo the courtly courthouse cat in Cathlamet is a close second.) Thanks again, Michael. We’ll be back next year."

"We had a family reunion in Astoria with a family meal. This kitchen was well appointed and the owner checked in with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We will come back here as the space promotes family interactions"

"Clean and spacious apartment perfect for our needs. The location cannot be beat in Astoria. View of the water and walking distance to so many breweries, restaurants and coffee shops. Very good communications and clear instructions for the unit. "

"House was very clean and well stocked. The yard was horrible. Not usable at all The grass was a foot high. Neighborhood is very run down. Not able to use barbecue because the grass was so tall."

"I have rented this house numerous times, at various times of year. This is my 1st time at veginning of summer. The wildlife right off the deck, on the river, is spectacular. The only sound i heard, other than the very occasional passing car, was the sound of birds. Peaceful!"

"We had a great time staying at this location for our weekend trip to Astoria to run the Run on the River half marathon. It was easy to walk everywhere and explore Astoria! The apartment has everything you could need and had a great vintage feel. "

"Very clean rental with comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen, IF you want to cook (LOL). Responsive manager to any questions. Great view of the Columbia River and passing ships. Lots to do in Astoria including restaurants, shopping, museums, and the Columbia riverwalk. This rental is a great central location for trips south down the coast and trips across the river into Washington state. We loved our stay!"

"Nice location on the river walk. Lots of good restaurants and activities that are all walkable. Nicely decorated and great beds. Will stay again next time we in town. "

"5 stars to Cindy and Jacob for keeping a clean beautiful cottage!2nd year we have stayed here and quality is superb!Comfortable bed, cute, clean octopus themed bathroom, full kitchen, and great living room with TV streaming services. Great location to harbor and Main Street!Went to Seaside this time; beautiful walk along pacific!Private, close parking lot. Cannot say enough about this cottage!We will be back a 3rd time!"

"Very clean and spacious with all necessities. Very good communication regarding check in and very prompt addressing issues with cable TV while staying there. Excellent host! Good location with ability to walk to all areas of interest. Only negative was the reserved parking areas under trees that dripped a lot of sap from the tree leaves onto the car. "

"Property was not as advertised. Descriptions & photos exaggerated the positives & left out the negatives. The property smelled, the outside & portions of the inside were in very poor condition & it only had 3 bedrooms (only 1 had a door) instead of 4 as advertised. "

"When arrived to the building it was a bit questionable... the building looks like an abandoned warehouse - since we arrived in the early evening... but, that was intentional! It's a converted factory, so it was actually super cool - once we got over the initial surprise.. When we got to the unit, it was super, super awesome! Huge closets to stash the ski bags and big suitcases! The finishes were so nice and so INSTAGRAMABLE! The sofas were cute... not so user friendly, more about utility...
