"We had such a great time at this little hidden gem! Asha was super accommodating with us coming into town a little earlier and allowing us to drop our stuff off so we can grocery shop for the weekend. The kids enjoyed the game room! Fire place kept us cozy and the property is just beautiful! Thank you for sharing your incredible home with us! "

"This was a perfect stay for a nice weekend getaway. Great communication with the owners and detailed instructions for checkin. The place is super cozy and the bed is very comfortable. Loved the location too! Had a pleasant walk into town for breakfast. Definitely would book this again:-)"

"This little basement unit is nice enough, and they left a nice pile of activities for the kids. Parking space was right outside the door very convenient. Driveway is very steep, and is a loop and the upstairs tenant would park blocking the loop, so I would have to find a way to back and turn around in the narrow slippery gravel and pine needle steep driveway. They had a dog that incessantly barked at us, and their parking choice put either them or their friends standing a couple of feet outside...

"Everything was as advertised. The cabin was clean and ready when we arrived. We never turned on the TV, but we did use our travel Bluetooth speaker. We chose the downstairs bedroom, even though it has the smaller bed, because the view out the windows is superior. Our dog loved the yard and chilling on the porch. The RV was not there during our stay, so all was quiet and private. It was just right for us!"

"Could use some updating but it was nice house. Good Location and plenty of parking if you need it. Only thing is the stairs were very steep. Probably not idea for anyone elderly."

"We booked last minute and heard back quickly with clear instructions. Only thing that would have made it clearer is describing which door to use for baby bear or a sign on the door, but it was pretty easy to figure out. Others have said the place is updated, so even better than the pictures. It’s super and a perfect getaway for two. "

"The cottage was lovely. Very clean with everything we needed, and even free snacks. "

"The property is beautiful and the house was perfect for our family stay. The house is spacious and well equipped, the grounds are well kept and the view is spectacular. We loved gazing out at the lake. There are plenty of things to do. The kids enjoyed fishing off the pier and kayaking in the lake. The Foosball table saw plenty of action as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again in the future. "

"Everything was excellent except the communication between the Host and VRBO. I didn't have the VRBO app when I booked the property. The host submitted the checkin and out info to the VRBO app. The VRBO app did not forward it to me. I had to reach out to the host to get check in and out info personally. I booked the property through Expedia. She was so nice and accommodating. When I'm in town, I'll definitely look this up first."

"A wonderfully appointed tiny house! So peaceful and quiet. Good to visit Nor-cal again and see friends. Honestly like a home away from home. Hard to ask for more. Very cool that there's a Cal state Park trail to walk/run so close by. You'll be glad you picked this one! Thanks Rose!"
