"The room and check in staff was excellent. We were just disappointing in the breakfast. The coffee served at the restaurant was like flavored water. Almost like tea. Our food took 40 minutes to arrive even though there was only 1 other table occupied in the restaurant. We got the eggs Benedict with brisket and the meat tasted weird. Not spoiled weird but just a weird flavor that didn’t taste like brisket."

"Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. "

"Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in.
Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar...

"Had to make a quick reservation because previous one fell thru. We had been traveling all day with a cat, U Haul truck and trailer. Made reservation thru Expedia. They allowed cat and parking was more than big enough for truck and trailer. Arrived, check in, inquired about parking and the lady at the desk said, yeah it was fine in the lot. While unloading for our stay, the manager informs us that the truck and trailer had to be parked on the street. Their lot is completely fenced with gates....
