"The rooms and property are well maintained. The hotel is dated in some ways but quite comfortable. You can't beat the convenience of the obsite store, laundromat, mail center, and bar with entertainment. Th cooked to order breakfast had large portions with plenty of options. Sarah in the lounge was so kind and attentive. Great experience."

"Parking is an additional $10 per day. Did not notice this online when making the reservation. Next time I am in Portland I will stay further from the airport to avoid extra parking charges. Some minor issues with maintenance and cleaning. Dusty window sill, nothing extreme."

"I liked that the hotel was of old construction and wasn't made of particle board like the new ones. I couldn't hear anyone walking in the room above me, doors slamming or what the people in the next room were watching on TV. Being so close to the airport and being far enough off the road I couldn't hear any noise and slept great ! The room was thoroughly cleaned and no complaints in that department. When I booked the room it said on site parking so I was surprised to find a metered parking drop...

"Beautiful property with clean, comfortable rooms and some signs of aging. The small, magnifying bathroom mirror fell of the wall, this time. During my last stay, the shower wasn't draining. While the employees are nice and the atmosphere feels welcoming, it seems like they try to squeeze every last dollar from their customers: An unexplained Resort Fee is charged, as well as an early check in fee - one hour before regular check in time."

"This place is as dark as a cave so if you stay here bring a headlamp. If you like 'quaint' places, this is for you. If you like well lit places, where you don't have to guess what they may be hiding with dark carpet and holiday bulb lighting, stay somewhere else. Sure the bar and onsite restaurant are convenient but no coffee maker in room and room the size of a broom closet don't make up for that. I applaud repurposing old buildings but please make them a bit more up to date."

"Proximity to the airport is a huge asset. They have a 24 hour shuttle bus service which allows us to leave our car at the Hotel. The restaurant/bar has excellent service and the menu is great. The morning after our stay our car battery was dead and they graciously helped us get the battery jumped and we were on our way. I always stay at the Sheraton when traveling."
