"The cottage was pristine, we felt like we were the first guests. It is a spacious, comfortable and stylish property and the owner’s attention to detail is second to none. Large beds and great showers. Very quiet at night so we slept well. Large private garden. Warcop is a lovely village with good walks along the river & streams. "What a great find. We needed a place that was big enough to accommodate all our family and this did not disappoint. Spacious rooms, fabulous garden and brilliant location. Everything you could possibly need for your stay was catered for. The house was spotlessly clean. We all loved it and looking forward to booking again for next year. "

"I really good find. Dogs Welcome. Spotlessly clean. warm, super comfy beds, lovely bedding. Well equipped. Great walks right on the doorstep and a lovely little village. Would highly recommend to all. Hope to be able to return in the near future."

"right up our street , the landlady is brilliant and wish i got to now her better . and we will go back for another visit ,but have to stay a bit longer. brilliant for walking ,plenty of info inside comfy cottage, felt compleetly chilled when we left and looking forwards to another visit ."
