"This was my daughter’s preferred destination for her 13th birthday after we had visited about 4 years ago. The floor layout has changed a bit since the first trip, but all changes are improvements. It’s just an awesome place to hike, hang out, and decompress. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Hello there, we have very much enjoyed our stay in your lovely rental. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. The layout of the unit and the decor was lovely. I will give a good review A few minor things we thought we should bring to your attention: - the bar counter hadn't been wiped and there was hair on it- there was a used women's razor in the closet in the purple room- the floor in the kitchen hadn't been swept- the living room tables were quite dusty- the bathtub had...

"We absolutely loved our stay! The house is new, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The views were amazing and it fit our group perfectly. The driveway is on a hill, but it wasn’t a problem for us. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!"

"Check-in was easy. Kitchen was well equipped. We were able to cook dinners for 8 people. The house was very clean. It was a very relaxing house for adults, and a very fun house for our 4 kids aged 5-9. They were never bored. Therefore adults were relaxed. :) My favorite thing is the view. It was an idyllic country side with rolling hills. Sit on the front porch to watch sunrise and sunset. You'll see deer on the lawn and neighboring horses. This house was perfect to complete our ark encounter...

"Our stay was cozy and comfortable. We especially appreciated the warmth and hospitality feeling in the home. Gina really thought about the smallest of details to make her guests feel welcome while preserving her grandmother’s memories around the home. Clean towels, spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. One of the best VRBO experience we’ve had. Perfect location to the Ark Encounter. "
