"First of all, I want to say we were so impressed with this home. It was furnished great.You couldn't ask for anything because everything you needed was already there. We only spent a couple days for my birthday. Which we so enjoyed. We fished from the dock every day. Even though we only caught catfish, it was so much fun just to catch a fish. " Very clean - my friends kept saying this as we stay in rentals 2-3 times a year and this house was very clean. Host was very responsive to all inquiries. Enjoyed having kayaks available to use on the river and didn’t have to bring ours. The outdoor area was perfect with nice umbrellas and three loungers. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep - I suggest leaving suitcases downstairs. Thank you for allowing us to stay - had an excellent weekend. "

"Perfect, we've stayed at the Mermaid House before and are already planning a trip or two for next year. Chris, the host is quick and easy to communicate with. House is well appointed, pretty much everything you need for a stay. The pool is my favorite, listening to nature, floating with a cocktail, you can't beat it. The tiki bar is also amazing! Plenty of room, house is kept spotless and has beautiful finishes inside. "

"Bear Trail is a gorgeous property as well as perfectly located on the river. Our host Sonia was quick to respond to any questions that we had which made our stay even better. "We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend staying at this property, celebrating our wedding anniversary and our oldest son’s birthday. It was very peaceful and we loved the kayaks. The porch and dock were awesome as well! We did a grocery pick up and ate most meals at the cabin. We visited Weeki Wachee Springs and had a wonderful vacation overall.
