"Booked here due to proximity to a film venue I was attending without spending too much time researching the property. What a great decision! This will become my go-to Brooklyn hotel. Great staff, excellent bar, incredibly well curated rooms. Can’t say enough about the staff. All-in all A+ experience"

"Decent enough Hotel with comfortable bed and bathroom facilities as expected. Disappointing menu for evening dinner, not a great choice if you don’t like fried food! The other issue is all the extra charges that are levied on your charge card which weren’t previously mentioned when booking the room with breakfast included. This needs to be better explained to Customers. Location ok, near a few subway stations so access to central Manhattan was fine."

"I stayed 3 nights at the Artezen and really enjoyed it. The room was really nice and clean. What really stood out for me were the beautiful linens by Frette (slippers too!), which I thought was a very elegant touch. The staff is delightfully young and friendly. Also very helpful when I asked for an iron … ironing board and iron sent to the room immediately. Also, I had a VIP voucher to use at the rooftop bar, but as it was closed on Sunday night and memorial day Monday night, I couldn’t use it....

"MWe enjoyed our stay at Nine Orchard! From the moment we checked in, the staff was so helpful in answering any questions we had and giving recommendations for things to do and places to see in the area. The Swan Room is amazing. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic and the bar tenders were fun to chat with. The food and atmosphere were so nice. Breakfast at the Corner Bar was also good. We ended up just staying at the hotel for breakfast every day since it was so good. They had a cocktail...

"The hotel looks better in pictures than the experience in reality. The bedroom was basic. The bathroom was dated and the shower was positioned in such a way that it soaked the bathroom floor. Breakfast was low quality with offerings of canned fruit and simple carbohydrates. Staff seemed generally disinterested. Poor wifi for anyone hoping to work."
