"Everything was nice and clean. It was a very busy weekend in Cleveland, however, with baseball, weddings and RUSH concert. 1 on the 3 elevators was not working. It make a big differnece in waiting for an elevator to either go to room or leave to check out."

"The hotel seems to be in a very nice area but it is very run down. Dirty, rugs are worn, elevators are interesting, hot tub not in service. Fire alarms, power outages, WiFi outages, TV outages. I had to apologize to my wife for taking her to such a place."

"- the pillows smelled dirty, unwashed. One of the pillow cases was inside out like they switched the dirty part around.
- Corner side of the bed floor had crumbs and dirt. Clearly unswept. Other parts of the room did too, like the bathroom.
- by the sink, there was a cabinet that is completely missing a handle.
- No coffee in room.
- HORRIBLE, nasty smell on the 5th floor.
- Elevator looks like a utility elevator, all beat up, dirty and floor of the elevator is warped.
