"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"Decent enough Hotel with comfortable bed and bathroom facilities as expected. Disappointing menu for evening dinner, not a great choice if you don’t like fried food! The other issue is all the extra charges that are levied on your charge card which weren’t previously mentioned when booking the room with breakfast included. This needs to be better explained to Customers. Location ok, near a few subway stations so access to central Manhattan was fine."

One of the female staffers was extremely rude after I made several attempts to upgrade my room because I was staying 5 days. She then calls on a male manager, he said he would check on my situation, he then begins to take a personal call with his ear bug in his ear talking in a foreign language right in front of me. The two of them did not realize I was a business owner trying to conduct...

Shortly after I checked in around 7:30 PM, an individual who appeared to be in crisis entered the hotel and began behaving erratically in the lobby and first-floor hallway. As I was entering my room, he attempted to follow me inside. I struggled to close the door while he tried to pull it open. After I got the door shut, he continued pounding on my door and attempting to gain...

"Small rooms. Not renovated or as clean as I would have expected the Holiday Inn to be. The valet parking was not a pleasant experience. Breakfast was good, limited options. Pool was very cloudy but the hot tub was ok. Limited nearby restaurants or places to visit. Ice machines were broken in multiple floors. Went to 3 different floors to find one. Overall 2/5 starts."
