Sam Rayburn Stunner - South End - Fully Remodeled, Water View, and Water Access

Newly remodeled, open concept vacation home of ~2,500 sq. ft. located on the south end of Sam Rayburn Lake near 255 and 1007 in Brookeland, Texas. Water view and water access, with the lake just steps away!

Enjoy the view of nature and the lake from the cozy back patio, large kitchen island, living room, or game room, where you can also stream your favorite music to four zones of ceiling-mounted smart speakers. Smart TVs galore in the bedrooms, game room, bunk room, and back patio, including 85" smart TVs in the living room and game room. Don't forget to crank up the barbeque pit or griddle in the back yard for some outdoor cooking!

Fully furnished and tastefully designed and decorated. Sleeps up to 10 people in 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and 1 bunkroom (2 queens), along with 2.5 bathrooms and 1 additional bonus room with large sectional couch overlooking the water.

Extra large, walk-in shower and oversized bathtub are sure to please, and the spacious driveway will accommodate plenty of parking for your vehicles and boats.

No need to worry about checking in or checking out with our smart and convenient access system.

Bed sheets, pillows with cases, and comforters are freshly washed for every bed, in addition to clean towels and wash cloths provided in every bathroom. Washer and dryer available for your use as well.

Best location on the lake with convenient access to restaurants, essentials, and activities! 5 minutes or less to: Rayburn Country golf course, The Clubhouse, District 255 (private beach and swim area, floating splash park, two bars, food lot, live entertainment, marina with on-water access to gas, snacks, and ice, and more), Sammy Ray’s, The Stump, Hamburger Depot, Dollar General, donut shop, liquor stores, convenience stores, tackle shops, Umphrey Pavilion and boat ramp, Twin Dikes campground and boat launch, and much more.

Games and entertainment: WiFi, smart speakers, smart TVs, cornhole, air hockey table, Pac-Man arcade, mini Nintendo NES with numerous games, various board and other games.

Essentials and convenience: sheets, pillows, comforters, towels, wash cloths, hair dryers, dishes, wine glasses and opener, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, various kitchen supplies, wireless phone charger next to every bed, blender, dual coffee maker (K-cup and traditional pot), instapot, patio furniture, outdoor griddle, barbecue pit, and much more.

Great house. Seven ladies did not come to Cook. however, there would be nice to have a big dining room table to sit around while we’re chitchatting or playing games and a few more places to hang hanging clothes as the closets were locked. Other than that, the house is absolutely amazing. We totally enjoyed the back patio.

The absolute BEST place to stay on Rayburn

We had the best time staying at this house! The property is absolutely gorgeous and the house is perfection. This house has everything you could possibly think of to make your stay comfortable and filled with fun. We stayed with family and everyone agreed this was the perfect spot to stay on the lake. Before we left we were already planning our next stay! The kids used the kayaks and the adults hung out in the lake. We played games in the yard and used the beautiful island in the kitchen to play games. If you are looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, this is it!

This place is so clean and nice. It made our vacation experience so comfortable. Perfect vacation!

We vacation together my grown children and grandkids together once a year. This vacation home is by far the most comfortable place we’ve stayed yet. Lots of fun on the lake with perfect location to launch boat close by as well as easy access to get back to eat and let kids rest enough to go back and do it again.

Perfect lake getaway!

My husband, son, and I came for a few nights for fishing and relaxing. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is decorated beautifully and modern. The boat ramp is about a mile away and easy to access. Highly recommend!

Excellent place

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was me, my husband, our 2 sons and their wives, a 3 year old, two 1 1/2 year olds and a 5 month old. Plenty of room for everyone! Everyone enjoyed the baby patio and backyard. We were able to launch our boats and leave them in the water until time to leave! The owners thought of everything. All the amenities mentioned plus extra yard games, tables and chairs.. Kitchen was stocked with things you might forget, seasonings, storage bags, etc. We will definitely be renting this property again in the future.

Rayburn Tourament Stay

Comfortable home with plenty on space for parking 3 boats and trucks. Inside is just a spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Really, every pot, pan, baking sheet or utensil you could need. The only con was there are about 10 air freshener plug-ins around the house and it seemed they were all different scents which was overpowering. We simply unplugged them and within a few hours of headaches cleared. Great location. Quiet neighborhood although there was construction nearby. Close to boat ramp, gas, food. Soul stay here again!

Fishing trip.

Beautiful property. Comfortable and clean. Very spacious. Great driveway to park boat. However no place to hang clothes or chest of drawers not even a hook on door. ( 2.99 dollars on Amazon) Closets were locked. No soap or shampoo in showers. Sometimes the little things really count. If I come back will bring my own coat hook and not unpack my suitcases.

Beautiful and Spacious House

The house was great for our group! However, there are a couple things I think people need to know beforehand. 1. Only 3 trash bags are provided (we were there on Thanksgiving) 2. There isn’t anything to wash clothes with (detergent, etc.) 3. No wash clothes or soap in game room bathroom 4. Only half a roll of paper towels were left for us to use for a 2 night stay. 5. There is an amazing grill/smoker, and griddle but there is not a fire pit. Overall, beautiful house and property. Listed above, are just suggestions for future renters. However, I gave it 4 stars, because I mainly chose this house for our family because it said no pets allowed, so I assumed that meant no pets had ever been in it. This was not the case, my kids and I were sneezing quite a bit. Lo and behold, we found a dog bed in one of the back bedroom closets. So, if you aren’t allergic, you will just be fine. If you or anyone in your family is slightly allergic, here is your warning.

Great stay!

Very nice house! Was very clean and comfortable. Beds were really soft and the house has everything you need to prepare food with, from the kitchen to the outside grills. House wasn’t as close to the water as we thought it was but still had a great time!
