"The studio condo was very convenient to local shopping and has a beautiful balcony view. We enjoyed the walking trails, beach access, pool and spa. The owners communicated well. Very nice place for a weekend getaway and parking in the garage was easy. Thank you"

"Perfect spot to spend a few days near the beach and Santa Cruz. Walking distance to beach, shops, and quick mountain getaways! Charming and cozy, would stay again."

"Great stay! Very quiet, host was very accommodating & respectful, bed was 10/10 , & the patio the view was the best thing to sit outside & enjoy the sounds of nature. Did see two big spiders in the bathroom but that didn’t ruin my stay haha!"

"We enjoyed how most camping spots offered a good amount of privacy. I would recommend arriving in daylight. We arrived just after sunset and it was difficult to navigate in the dark having never been there before. It was a shame we couldn't have a fire, but the hike on the property was lovely. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful vacation here. It is a beautiful house with everything you need. The location is very peaceful. The host are amazing. "

"We loved staying here with our children. The house was clean and beds comfortable. We were able to cook with ease. Sit in the hot tub and walk to the beach. "

"Mostly most everything was amazing. Walking distance to the water and to Starbucks. Very nice very quiet location. Only real issue was couch was broke for sleeping arrangements. Bedding smelled musty. Otherwise outstanding. I would use again. "

"This place was perfect. The location couldn’t be better—you’re literally 20 steps from the sand, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We found ourselves not wanting to leave, just soaking it all in. The space was spotless and super comfortable. The beds were dreamy, and the heating worked perfectly when the temps dipped at night. A peaceful, cozy, beachside escape. We’d come back in a heartbeat."

"This place is exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed by Julie to feel as comfortable as home. My daughter and I stayed for two nights to attend a wedding and shared the very comfortable full-size bed. The sheets, pillows, and towels were high quality and spotless. The full-size kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, with water, sodas, and fruit provided, along with ample kitchen and bath towels. The body wash was also high quality. I highly recommend this place!"

"We usually stay in Aptos but found this location so central to everything and so nice to take short walk to beach! Plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and 7 children. There were a few issues - but Michelle responded immediately to the issues. All in all a great experience - everyone commented the beds were comfortable!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. My husband and I stayed here with our 2 sons ages 13 and 10. We loved being so close to the beach, we also brought our paddle boards to use on the creek that's in the back yard. The house had everything we needed, was very comfy and clean. We would return. "

"Very clean and cozy place. Plenty of space for big families. Internet was down but the property manager was great and kept us in the loop. Great place to get away and off the grid, which was nice to see the kids playing outside and making genuine connections:) "
