"Easy check in process and all the necessities. Definitely not for a family but perfect for 1 or 2 comfortably. Access to downtown is quick and there are some great restaurants really close by. Id definitely stay again. "

"The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. It’s not the homeowners fault BUT a HEADS-UP would of been very appreciative !! The pictures make the inside of the home look much bigger but it did fit our family needs. “ THE...

"We had a wonderful time staying right on the beach! The house was adorable and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. You can't beat the location, we didn't want to leave!"

"Absolutely loved this place. The “beach” area down at the river bed was amazing. Slept like a baby. Very peaceful. NO BUGS! Great host. A lot to do in the area and not that far away from San Francisco or Monterey. "

"The hosts of this beautiful property were very attentive, very kind and up and beyond making sure you felt comfortable and relaxing.The property has a river towards the back. Plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. I would visit again. "

"Loved the location of this property. It was walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. We had plenty of room for five adults. Shower was very tiny. Had a hard time getting hair wet it was so short. A downfall was that no linens are provided, but works out ok, just don’t forget. Would love to stay here again!!"

"We enjoyed a family get together with grown children and grandchildren scattered across the state. So much to see and do: Beach, Boardwalk, Pier shops and restaurants, Roaring Camp trains and hiking, Monterey Bay Aquarium. "

"Although this property is a very small condo bedrooms right next to each other not good for couples. It’s great for families. Everything you need is there and you really are right in front of the ocean. The neighbors were friendly a few simple restaurants in walking distance and the whales were amazing. Parking can be a little rough, but I would definitely come to this property again it’s not the most inexpensive, but it’s definitely worth it."

"We love this house. It is 1/2 block from the beach with lots of places to walk to. Tide pools are at the end of 16th Ave. We all go our seperate ways during the day, but come together for dinner. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together. However, we noticed the smoke detectors were missimg upstairs. Looking forward to renting again next year. "

"Incredibly clean, private property. Proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants is wonderful. The rooms offer private doors so that each bedroom (and living space) can close the door for privacy which is wonderful for families with different bedtimes, sleep schedules, etc. "
