"To begin with, communication with the owner is outstanding! Daniel goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The house is large enough for a big family! It was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house is located close to Rainbow Springs Park. The kids enjoyed the indoor basketball game and the Pac man machine. The hot tub was a hit for both the kids and adults! I highly recommend this property! "

"This is our second year with my grandchildren - 10, 6 & 12. The layout of the house is perfect for adults and children with a large dog. The fenced in back yard is great for Odie and the surrounding neighborhood is a nice walk to antique shops. Publix, Swampy's and The Blue Run is 5 minutes away. KP Hole and the beautiful Rainbow Springs are 10 minutes. Ginnie Springs a short 50 minutes and Weekie Wachie is 45 minutes. Perfect location! We'll be back in 2026 for another run of the...

"We had a fantastic stay! Hailee and Josh (and their sons!) are gracious hosts who made us feel very welcome. The farmhouse is huge and the layout was perfect for the 10 of us. The kids enjoyed all sleeping in one room for a cousin sleepover. We’re all looking forward to another family get together here in the future!"

"We had a wonderful time at Dunnellen Dreams. There was enough space for people to spread out and do different activities. It was close to a couple of places to float the Rainbow River. The kitchen was well stocked with space to stash away our groceries. "

"This was a perfect location for our girls paddle weekend!!! It’s a quick launch to either Rainbow River or the Withlacoochee and we enjoyed both over several days. The house was comfy and quirky like most river rentals. My only negative was the 2nd downstairs “bedroom” was very uncomfortable for the friend that ended up staying in that one. "The property was great! From the pool and jacuzzi to the outdoor dining spaces, we had beautiful views with very well-appointed amenities. We especially loved the awesome coffee maker - what a treat! Ane was always helpful with questions. We let her know about a problem with the fridge and she immediately responded. "
