Cheryl was very responsive to all my questions and was great about checking in with me often to make sure all was well. We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the house, as we were there for a family funeral, but found it to be comfortable and very conveniently located to downtown Brockport where many quaint little restaurants were available to us. The price was great and the house had every amenity that we needed!
