About The Lakefront Cottage:
Spacious lakefront cottage at Lake Simcoe! The cottage has 67 feet private and direct access waterfront to Lake Simoce. It is about an hour drive from Toronto. Spectacular lake & sunset views. Lake Simcoe offers great swimming, fishing, boating & water sport opportunities. The cottage consists of 5 bedrooms with 8 beds (5 beds and 1 bunk bed with 3 level), 2.5 washrooms, sauna room, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, & laundry room. Walk out to a spacious patio complete with hot tub, BBQ grill & patio furniture. And the fire pit is located at the backyard.

Lakerfront, Hot Tub, BBQ Grill, Patio, Fire Pit, Dock, Kayak, Sauna, Fire Place (Great Lake View & Sunset View):
* Lakefront: Private and direct access to the waterfront through the backyard of the cottage, the waterfront has 67 feet shoreline at Lake Simcoe. The water is clear and shallow, 50 feet away from the shoreline is only 3 to 4 feet deep. The bottom of the lake is full of small round river stones; the lake water is good for swimming, fishing, boating and water sport.
* Hot Tub (93”x93”): The Outdoor Hot Tub is sitting on the patio (operating 24/7 all year round).
* BBQ Grill: The outdoor BBQ Grill is hook up with gas pipeline (operating 24/7 all year round).
* Patio: The Hot Tub, BBQ Grill and Patio Furniture are sitting on the patio.
* Fire Pit: A few benches are around the Fire Pit, good for family gathering around the fire pit (Guests need to bring their own fire woods).
* Dock: The dock is available from the middle of Spring to the middle of autumn.
* Sauna: Indoor Sauna is located in the second floor (operating 24/7 all year round).
* Kayak: A two-seats kayak, 2 paddles and a few life jackets (kid, S, M & L), only is available from the middle of Spring to the middle of autumn. The Kayak is park at the shoreline, a line attached to the Kayak and shoreline. 2 paddles and life jackets are stored in the shed located at the backyard near shoreline.

5 bedrooms:
5 Bedrooms: All bedrooms have Great Lake View & Sunset View:
1) Master Bedroom with full en-suite washroom & closet: King bed, night tables (1st Floor).
2) Bedroom 2: Queen bed, night tables (1st Floor).
3) Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (3 levels), table, bookcase (1st Floor).
4) Bedroom 4: King bed, night tables & walk-in closet (2nd Floor).
5) Bedroom 5: 2 Queen beds, night tables & closet (2nd Floor).
In total, there are 8 beds, which are suitable for up to 13 guests.

Living room, dining room & kitchen have Great Lake View & Sunset View:
* Living Room with fireplace, 3 pieces of sofa, 2 stool chairs and a TV. Living room has direct access to patio.
* Dining Room: Solid wood dining table set with 8 solid wood chairs.
* Kitchen with Island: Gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cooking ware, etc...
* Laundry Room: Washer & Dryer.
* 2.5 Washrooms in the cottage.

- TV: 43' smart 4K television in the living room.
- WiFi: High speed internet, 1.5 GB/S Download Speed.

Parking Spaces: Six to Ten (6 to10, may park 10 small to medium vehicles or 6 large vehicles).
- Driveway: The driveway is 25’ x 45’ = 1,125 S.F. The driveway can park four to six (4 to 6) cars; and
- Additional Parking: The additional parking spaces is on the right side of the driveway which is 25’x30’= 750 S.F. The additional parking can park two to four (2 to 4) cars.

Our stay was amazing! Wish we could had stayed longer. A lot of rooms too!The view of the lake was absolutely stunning — perfect to wake up in the morning. We loved relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the peaceful scenery, and the fire pit was a great spot to gather family together. The house was clean, well-equipped, and felt very welcoming. It was the perfect balance of comfort and nature. We can’t wait to come back!

The communications with the host was very effective and the host always had quick response.We had an amazing stay at this direct lakefront cottage! The lake view was absolutely beautiful, especially during sunrise and sunset. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day outdoors, and we loved using the BBQ patio for family meals. The fire pit created such a cozy atmosphere in the evenings, and it was a great spot for enjoying food and gathering under the stars. The cottage itself was clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay stress-free. The host was welcoming, friendly, and always quick to respond, which made the experience even better.Overall, it was the perfect getaway spot — peaceful, scenic, and with all the right amenities. Highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back!

The host failed to clean the house even after the designated check-in time. Instead, the host asked us, the guests, to clean the property because he was unable to arrange cleaners. The house was left in an unhygienic condition, which was extremely disrespectful. A responsible host would ensure the property is clean and suitable for incoming guests, but this was clearly not the case. The house was in terrible condition, with open food containers, dirty bathrooms, vomit on the bed, filthy towels left on the table, and unfinished dishes filled the sink. Due to this unhygienic environment, we were forced to cancel our stay. Overall, it was a terrible experience that ruined our long-planned trip. Definitely deserves 0 star..

The cottage needed a good cleaning, especially dusting.The hot tub should not be used until it is cleaned properly because it is a health issue. The sauna was good. Very small microwave, kitchen was adequate. BBQ was very dirty and we had to clean it before we used it. Lovely sunsets and huge deck with lots of seating. Lots of seating in the tv room. We have contacted the owner and hopefully he will make the changes needed.

The house is exactly as described, great for a large family/friend gathering. However, we were disappointed with what the pictures don't show - specifically the cleanliness, or lack thereof. There were spiders webs and dust everywhere and some unclean kitchen drawers. The deck has a magnificent view of the lake, and the hot tub was relaxing, but the water wasn't hot (only warm) and the water was old, stale and somewhat foul! The beds were all comfortable and there were more than enough towels. The bbq and fire pit added to memorable weekend not too far from the city. Atti answered all our questions promptly.

This is a spacious property with great amenities. The hot tub, sauna, deck, fire pit and walkout to the lake were the highlights.The bedrooms are a good size, the bathrooms were clean, lots of storage and a big driveway that can fit lots of cars. Lots of towels and linens provided. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, mugs and cutlery.A few things that could use some improvement:- The kitchen needs a deep cleaning. The fridge was dirty with foodstuff and some veggie bits leftover in the crevices. The kitchen drawers were unfortunately also dirty and disorganized.- Only one large non-stick pan with wonky handles. The other one was so badly scratched, we couldn’t use it.- The hot tub was sandy and also needs a deep cleaning. The lights did not work.- More cobwebs and spiders inside the house than we were comfortable with..We had a hard time getting the fireplace to work. Instructions would have been helpful. There were electric Lazy boys but we couldn’t get them to work.Overall our family had a good time but for 2500 (3 days), the cleanliness just wasn’t there…We have stayed at other rental cottages and many have been very clean and well maintained. It makes all the difference. Those are the properties we return to every year.

The property's location and accessibility to the lake made it a stunning staycation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness of the cottage could be better, many parts were dusty and dirty. The patio had too many spiders and cobwebs. Also, we couldn't use the canoe because it was filled wit spiders. The mattress in the bunk-bed room wasn't levelled so that did cause a little bit of discomfort. During our stay the ac wasn't working at all! Overall, the host was very friendly and easily reachable and the view made every other drawback look really small.

We had such a wonderful stay with family and friends! We wanted one last weekend by the lake before summer ended, and this place was perfect. We spent the weekend swimming and kayaking, had the barbecue and fire pit going, and relaxed in the hot tub and sauna. The host was friendly, responsive, and made communication super easy. Would definitely recommend!

A total of 13 guests stayed in the cottage for 4 days. The cottage has what we need and enough supplies for us to use. The biggest concern was the huge amount of flies we found inside the cottage in which we killed more than 50 flies. Also, the source of water is a Well and their is no generator, so when we had brown out during our first night, though, the electricity came back after 20 mins, we did not have any water at all (not even to flush the toilet) the entire night. The water only came back when Allen, the maintenace guy came around 8am to re start the pump.On the other hand, Atti, the owner is so quick in responding to my messages.

We just spent a boys weekend here and it couldn’t have been better. The cottage is spacious, super clean, and really well equipped. The view of Lake Simcoe from the patio is unreal, especially at sunset. We made full use of the sauna and the BBQ got a lot of use too. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had more than enough space. Loved the big dining area and the open kitchen, perfect for group meals. Also appreciated how fast the Wi-Fi was and how much parking there was for five cars. The Polish guy was super helpful and answered all of our questions. His wisdom and courage was appreciated.It’s rare to find a place that looks even better in person than it does in the photos. Would definitely come back and we are already talking about booking again next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and the sunsets were absolutely stunning – we loved sitting outside in the evenings just to take them in.
