"Stayed for three nights with my daughter to attend a family event. Chris’s place was terrific: It was bright, super clean, well cared for and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet, yet it was a short (10-12 minute), walk from the high street and the railway station.
Living room and beds were very comfortable and we had new like bed linens and towels. Kitchen had everything that we needed.

"Two couples stayed at the property for Broadstairs Folk Week. There is a double room and a room with bunk beds, so we paid a little less for the bunk room, but the beds were absolutely fine — and at 6ft tall, I had no problem with them.
The flat is in a **brilliant location, right in the centre of Broadstairs**, and we had no problems during our stay. The owners provide a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, as well as a very thoughtful welcome pack, which was a nice touch.

"I stayed for 5 days with my best girlfriend from Italy. We had a fantastic time. The flat is cosy, comfortable and in a perfect location either if you want to enjoy Broadstairs or, like us, driving along the coast. I highly recommend it!"
