This delightful 2 bed sleeps 4 Victorian holiday home is a serene sanctuary nestled in the heart of St Peters Village, Broadstairs, and offers the perfect blend of relaxation & comfort. Close by are pubs, a supermarket and more. Broadstairs Town & Viking Bay Beach are a short 5 minute drive away. Broadstairs Train Station is a 15 min walk. So, if you're a solo traveller, a couple seeking a romantic escape, or a family getaway, this property is designed to meet your every need.

Step into the enchanting village of St Peters, where history echoes from its church dating back to 1070. Join a village tour from May onwards for deeper insights. Within a 5-minute walk, discover two local pubs The Red Lion and The Albion Inn both offer great food and live music or sample Kentish Ales and Local Ciders at the local micro pub The Four Candles There are also a selection of takeaways close by (and they offer delivery too) Fish and Chips, kebab shop, Chinese and Pizza . As well as this, there is a Co-op Supermarket and butchers.

Stroll or drive to sandy beaches at Viking Bay, Joss, and Botany Bays. Explore Thanet's dining scene, with award-winning restaurants across the Isle of Thanet – reservations recommended and see guidebook for more details.

Steps lead up to the front door, welcoming you into this remarkable abode. For parking convenience, there is a small driveway accommodating one car, as well as ample free street parking.

This charming property spans three floors, each thoughtfully designed to cater to your needs.

Master Bedroom
The luxurious master bedroom features a superking-sized bed dressed with a feather and down duvet and pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room also includes ample wardrobe space.

Second Bedroom
The second bright and airy bedroom offers a cosy double bed with combination of feather and down pillows, alongside wardrobes for storage.

Bathroom and Utility Areas
The main bathroom exudes elegance, complete with a free-standing bath, separate electric shower, basin, and toilet. A utility room houses a washing machine, and a convenient cloakroom includes an additional toilet.

Living Spaces
The property offers two spacious areas designed for ultimate comfort and entertainment:

• The first lounge is off the entrance hallway. Decorated in shades of gold and an ornamenal fire place, the room gives an impression of granduer. Sofas and chairs offer comfort and a large smart TV will keep you entertained.

• Basement Dining and Lounge: Situated adjacent to the kitchen, offers dining space for up to six guests, an ornamental fire place, plush sofas, and a wall-mounted smart TV for entertainment.

A country cottage-style kitchen with garden views, featuring a butlers sink, butcher’s block for meal preparation, a cafetière, fridge freezer, microwave, and electric range oven.

Outdoor Oasis
The property boasts a private fenced garden that serves as an outdoor haven, featuring a grassed area and a patio perfect for al fresco dining. Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Broadstairs train station is short walk 10-15 min walk down the high st and is regularly served by South Eastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well as trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 80-90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

The National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: The Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

There are many local reasonalbly priced taxi companies serving Thanet.
