We called ahead and they were able to have to room ready for us and we thankfully got to relax in a dark quiet room to get him sleeping on European time. Very appreciated!

When making my reservation, I specifically requested a room with a walk-in shower. However, when I arrived, I was given a room with a bath instead. This was disappointing because the room type and bathroom facilities were important to me when making the booking.
