"Property was comfortable and clean. Stairs are rather steep so not for someone with problems walking.Location of house beautiful views around the bay. As high up with wonderful views it keeps you fit to walk back from the harbour and shops only 10-15 minutes BBQ and fire pit available, "

"Lovely cosy cottage just a few minutes walk from the harbour and into the town. Well equipped and very clean. Easy communication with host. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Brixham. Parking isn’t easy but host gave us tips on where to park which worked perfectly. Would stay here should we visit Brixham again. "

"Property was lovely and spacious,clean and everything you need. Disadvantage was the parking. I have mobility issues so was unable to park far away. Unloaded my car and then parked. Room 11 a little noisey as next to the garden room stairs and lower ground but you cant help noisey people. A soft closer on the door would help. Overall though a lovely place and i would stay again. Thank you 😊 "

"Stayed here for 4 nights. The house was well equipped and very clean. Communication with host was great. A lovely gesture by the host leaving a bottle of prosecco and box of fudge. Very close to the beachfront, which was great as parents are almost 90 years old. Didn't realise the caravan park was directly in front which was our main view, small view of the sea could be seen from balcony. Lovely coastal walks without taking the car.One downside of the area was the road in and out , it was so...

"Superb property in a great location with so much to do in walking distance. All bases covered in the property and the photos don't do justice to the size and space. Will definitely look to book the property again if we visit the area in the future. Great communication from Emma with the few questions we had. thank you."

"Lovely house in a great location. Really well equipped and perfectly clean. Excellent check in process and great communication all the way through our visit. Even had some welcome items and some kids toys which were very well received. "

"Firstly the property itself is Lovely and the out door space is great you cant fault the views. the house has every thing practical you will need for your stay however it was missing just a few small things that would make it even better and give the stay more of wow factor and that is simply out door lights with such beautiful views for me it was missing evening lights it was very dark at night apart from a dim lit red and green light over the garden tub. it was missing Solar lights over the...

"Fabulous house ,photos don't do it justice,suitable for all ages,vast array of amenities,pool and hot tub well used and enjoyed BBQ outside ,take a hairdryer with you tho as only thing I couldn't find .would highly recommend,seems expensive but not for you have , communication with booking site and hosts was excellent too , perfect location but be aware satnav takes you slightly off ,we missed the driveway twice lol ,we as a large party will definitely go back ."
