Wonderful house in a quiet beautiful setting

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this well-appointed, comfortably renovated and furnished farm house with a nice kitchen and nice bathrooms. The location is stunning with the beautiful mountain farm lands, fields and pastures surrounding the house.

Peaceful surroundings and beautiful

We stayed at this loving home while visiting and attending our sons homecoming football game at E&H. Wonderful accommodations with peaceful surroundings but close enough to downtown Abingdon, Bristol and Emory and Henry.

Warm & Welcoming!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Maple Spring Inn. The attention to detail the host has put into this place to make your stay comfortable is incredible. We loved sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs in the mornings and then again in the evenings just taking in the peace and quiet.

Peaceful country haven

Donna is a great hostess! The house is beautiful, large and cosy rooms, and the best part: a peaceful & secluded scape just a few minutes outside the city. A perfect place to unplug from society/ the world and relax. We not only recommend this place but also are looking forward for returning here! Ps: and the kittens are so sweet.

Historic and gorgeous rural home

Beautiful rural landscapes surround this 19th century farmhouse that was once at the heart of the county poor farm. Lots of modern updates, but they have kept the historic charm. Friendly cats, grazing sheep, and the magnificent bold spring round out the scene.

Charming farmhouse setting

A MAGNIFICENT remodel of an old farmhouse with detailed craftsmanship throughout. FULLY equipped with all of the comforts. Loved sitting on the front porch with a cup of coffee looking out to a centuries old maple tree…southwest Virginia setting at its best. Probably my best VRBO booking ever…

Convenient Country Livin'!

Peaceful, pastoral setting, yet only minutes from town. The house is exactly as pictured, VERY clean and beautifully appointed. Our family spent hours sitting on the porch, laughing and sharing stories. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Beautiful and historical home

This home was very comfortable and lovely. Very close to Abingdon yet in a rural setting. Perfect for shopping and attending Barter Theatre. Loved all the effort this home owner put into restoring this historical home.

Adorable house in a beautiful setting

We had a wonderful stay at Donna's house. It was clean, cute and the property was beautiful. We loved all the antiques and especially the comfortable front porch. The location was an easy drive to Abingdon. The only item that I wish they had was an electric tea kettle, but we made do. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay!

Wonderful place to stay. Huge home with all the extra things you want to enjoy while on vac. Tubs were jetted and extra large. Beds were cozy. Would come back again, but this time with more folks. This 4 bed 3bath was much more that the 2 of us really needed. You will LOVE IT!
