Cozy, open-concept loft living in Historic Downtown Bristol VA/TN. Yep, 2 states-one state of mind! We are located in a border town-VA/TN, and this loft overlooks the Public Library and Blackbird Bakery. Come rest, relax & renew, then discover our unique Downtown. Our loft is smartly appointed, just bring a change of clothes and your toothbrush and explore our Twin City! Downtown Bristol is a vibrant place with lots of local restaurants, craft breweries, coffee shops, music venues & shopping!

We restored this historic building, and you will love the cool vibe and ambiance! We have provided everything you might need during your stay, and we stringently follow all of the Airbnb cleaning protocols to clean and sanitize each unit.

Private entrance. The loft entrance is at the rear of the property. We have a dedicated parking lot, and the loft entrance is up the back steps. Guest must be able to climb stairs, but it's only 26 steps up to this gorgeous second-story Cozy Urban Loft!

I am available as needed. We live onsite and own the retail stores below. We are just a text or phone call away to assist you with anything you may need. We want you to have a fabulous stay!

Our loft is located in the heart of beautiful Downtown Bristol. You are just steps away from the Birthplace of Country Music Museum, Craft Breweries, Blackbird Bakery, Public Library, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Men & Women’s Speciality Clothing Stores, Shoe Store, Music Venues, Performance Theatres, Cigar Shop, Gifts Stores, and most importantly your loft is located over and Ice Cream & Candy Shop! You are only 10 minutes away from the iconic Bristol Motor Speedway & The Pinnacle Mega Shopping & Entertainment Plaza. Our area also boasts many outdoor activity adventures, and we are considered one of the premier fly-fishing destinations in the country. We are in close proximity to the Appalachian Trail and many other incredible hiking spots, including the Creeper Trail in nearby Abingdon. We are close to the Carter Fold and the Crooked Road Music Trail. Come explore Bristol & Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee! We have hosted guests from all over the world and can't wait to meet you!

Fun urban/country loft

In the heart of downtown Bristol. Close to everything you want to do, yet still quiet and cozy when the day is done. Very well appointed, very clean space, amazing hosts. Would definitely stay again.

The BEST Loft ever!

We've stayed allot of places and I'm not overstating this is the best Loft, if not one of the best VRBO's we've had the pleasure of staying. Hosts have the decorating bug and have their Loft chock full of eye appealing vignets and usable spaces. They also have completely stocked amenities in kitchen , (snacks, coffee, cold drinks) and bath items (toiletries, etc). I would most definitely stay here again if the opportunity arrises. The Cozy Urban Loft was the perfect spot for our weekend trip to Bristol. Charming old brick with all the amenities provided by our host were over the top. This will be on my favorites list and the only place I stay when we travel to Bristol.

Girls Weekend

My best friend and I rented this listing for a girls weekend in Bristol and couldn’t be happier! The loft was even better than described. All of the tiny details (slippers, charging dock, extra toiletries, complimentary waters / coffee & snacks, etc) really made our stay cozy and a true home away from home. I highly recommend staying here!

Bristol loft

This property was AMAZING! The loft was absolutely beautiful and was beautifully decorated. Karen and Monica have thought of everything! I could honestly have left half the stuff I brought at home because they provided SO many things I usually have to carry with me (cell phone chargers, alarm clock, night lights, extra pillows, etc). And the location is perfect! I am telling all my friends and family about Bristol and telling them to stay at one of Karen and Monica's places!

Lovin' the Loft in Bristol

Booked this wonderful stylish loft a couple days before our trip to Bristol and the process was a breeze. Karen was friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any question I had. The space was very clean and I truly loved the meticulous design of the loft. All of this and the many personal touches make this a 5+ star space. Thank you for a lovely getaway!

This property was just like walking into your home. Everything you needed was there. From personal needs to all the kitchen supplies you need. Keurig & regular coffee maker. Coffee & tea with all the condiments. Nice soft throw blanket to relax with and slippers in the bedroom nightstand. Washer & dryer with soap and dryer sheets. Cooler with wheels for any outings. Karen just has everything you need just like home. Impeccably clean and quaintly decorated. Very quiet and safe. Will definitely be staying again next year in one of Karen's lofts. Karen also checked in to see if there was anything we needed and again reached out after we checked out.

Loft in Bristol

Awesome place to stay while visiting Bristol. Location has easy access to State Street and several locations of interest. The owners have taken great care in restoring this property and take great care providing for their guests. I highly recommend this property for a visit and will be booking again!
