"Nice and clean friendly staff. We got a free upgrade. Shopping carpark underneath which is discounted by Hyatt. So convenient right in the Queen Street Mall. Central to everything. We had stayed there a couple of times and will definitely staying there again"

"Was a bit noisy from the pub underneath the hotel. My toilet also didn’t flush but this was fixed immediately by staff. Everything was clean and I had a big room. No wifi"
