  • Surrounded by luscious greenery in the most tranquil of settings is the gorgeous ‘Alla Mare" holiday property. Immaculately maintained and beautifully presented, this wonderfully spacious residence set on half an acre is perfectly appointed for relaxed living and year-round entertaining. It combines bright breezy interiors, high end quality fixtures and finishes, water views and established tropical gardens, delivering the perfect space for you and your family/friends to relax and enjoy island living at it’s best. The wrap around decks, large saltwater pool and immaculate gardens and grassed areas surrounding the large home make this property ideal for accommodating family and friends of all ages.

    The home offers a selection of spacious living areas and the huge kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, induction stove top and offers plenty of bench space. The house comfortably sleeps 12 guests. The large and luxuriously appointed main bedroom, complete with super king bed, leads out to the wrap-around deck and offers built-in-cupboards and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom sleeps two guests with two singles.

    Downstairs has another 3 queen sized bedrooms, one with a half bath, another bathroom with large walk in shower and separate toilet, open plan kitchen, dining and living area and an additional small living room off one of the bedrooms. The layout of this impressive house makes Alla Mare the ideal holiday property for extended family.

    Alla Mare is set on 2021sqm and is located 100m from the beach. The position of this unique and awe-inspiring property is matched only by the superb quality of lifestyle this holiday home has to offer. You will never want to leave. The property is fully fenced, so perfect for children, however pets are NOT permitted at Alla Mare.

    Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole holiday was magnificent. I have stayed in so many different places on North Straddie, and by far this one was the best. The house is filled with love and comfort. Inwill definitely be coming back to this accommodation.

Zero comminucation with the property. Pool was un swimable for 2.5 days. We had to add our own chemicals to the pool to make it clean. Baby high chair had mold on it. The house has fans but were completely usless. No aircon in that humidity and for such a large house it outrageous. For the amount of money we would have been better off camping.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great property to stay at a great location. booking was difficult and response time was slow and the barge only being booked a week before meaning i had missed the times requested weeks before. Given wrong keys on arrival. we had a noise complaint at 4 PM on a Friday arvo from playing footy in the yard. overall great property but management can defiantly improve.
