Good location but flat quite old

Lock-up garage doesn't connect to stairway so you walk out and around building with luggage. Mattress in main bed very old and had big 'body grooves' in it . Pillows and blankets from the cupboard smelled . Toilet window screen is broken .TV couldn't be moved out of the corner ,to see it, as aerial wouldn't work! No tray in the grill .....just one of many small things that would be so easy to fix .Beds in 2nd bed not the ones in the picture
