Convenient location to explore all that Brisbane has to offer.(Two free onsite carparks come with booking!) This three bedroom penthouse is super spacious and contemporary in style overlooking the beautiful Brisbane River!
This hearty penthouse has more room than you can imagine. Spaciously fitted out with open plan living, dining and kitchen area; All bedrooms with Queen size beds and fresh linen and towels are provided for all. All furniture and Decorations are carefully selected from Freedom, The Coco Republic, and other local shops, my designer made this space unique, beautiful and practical as well. The Location is unbeatable, few minutes walk to South Brisbane train & Bus station, close to the South Bank Parklands and Brisbane CBD (7 mins walk, 500 meters away).

Guests have the entire apartment. There’s a swimming pool, BBQ facilities & terrace on the rooftop. Car park height is 2.1m- Car park size: 5.3m x 2.3m Lockbox is 1 minute walk (50 m across the road)

5 mins walk from South Brisbane station, taking the train from the airport is so easy!
We use a LOCKBOX self-check-in for our home. The lockbox is near our home (50m outside apartment entrance) with 1 Set of keys inside, you can check yourself in anytime after 3pm!

Before anything else, I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
RULE 1: Please respect check in and out times. ❑ The standard check-out time is 10am. There are absolutely no exceptions unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking. For any unauthorized late check-out, a $50/hr late check-out fee will apply. ❑ Under no circumstances can check-outs be later than noon (12pm), as other guests are arriving and the space must be cleaned — Any unauthorized late check-out beyond this time will result to a fee equivalent to a day’s base rate without discounts (NOTE: This fee will not mean possession of the property for the day, this is the fee for over-staying for more than 2 hours without permission)
RULE 2: No parties or events allowed ❑ Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule will result in eviction without refund.
RULE 3: No smoking allowed. ❑ Smoking inside the property is prohibited and will result an additional charge of over $250. This is as the smell will need to be treated professionally and the room deodorized.
RULE 4: No pets allowed. ❑ Strictly no pets allowed. We absolutely love pets but due to hygienic and health reason/s, we are unable to accommodate them in my property. Violation of this rule will result an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the cleaning fee in your booking as the housekeepers will need to do extra work.
RULE 5: Please respect the noise curfew. ❑ Quiet hours are between 10pm – 8am seven days a week. A noise complaint during these hours will result in eviction without refund.
RULE 6: Please report damages or left behind items. ❑ If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP. We will need to replace them and additional charges may apply. ❑ For left behind items, our housekeepers will bring them back to our warehouse and you can contact us to arrange item pick up from the warehouse for free until two weeks after your check out day. Items will not be kept in the warehouse longer than 2 weeks and we will donate all left behind items to charity shops after two weeks. ❑ If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time. This will be $30 + the postage cost.
RULE 7: Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. ❑ If you are locked out and require us to visit the property, a $50 fee will be charged. This fee increases to $150 after 5:30pm daily or before 9:30am and all day on weekends. This can be paid either through our booking platform or cash to the delivery person. Arrangements will only be made once payment is received. ❑ Lost keys or access swipes are subject to a $500 replacement charge. This is as the locks will need to be changed. ❑ We usually provide one set of keys to our studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. Two sets of keys are usually provided to our three bedroom plus apartments and houses. If you have requested an extra set of keys, a deposit of $100 will be required. This deposit will be returned to you once you have returned all keys. Extra key requests can only be arranged a day before your check in time free of charge. Extra key requests placed on or after your check in will incur a delivery charge which is the same as section one Rule 7. Delivery fee can be waived if you can pick keys up from our office in South Brisbane.
RULE 8: No unregistered guests allowed. ❑ No unauthorized guests. Our home is prepared to accommodate ONLY the guests on the reservation. Each additional unauthorized guest will accrue a $100 fine and your booking will be cancelled immediately without refund.
RULE 9: Treat my property with love. This is your home too. ❑ Take care of the property and avoid making a mess within the premises. Leaving dishes unwashed or having food items out in the open tend to attract pests and insects that may require pest control. ❑ We ask you to try and return the property to how you first entered. Our cleaning fee includes the time taken to clean the house without any extra mess. Any extra time spent cleaning as a result of your stay will be charged to you.
RULE 10: No illegal substances allowed on the premises. ❑ We strictly do not allow storing or consuming illegal substances in our property. Infringement on this rule will result in eviction without refund.
★ Portacots and Highchairs are available on request only. Please let us know ASAP to ensure availability. A set up fee of $40 (exclude GST) applies. (for portacot or high chair separately) ★ We provide toiletries and other household items that should last for around 3 days. If additional supplies are needed, we are able to replenish for a fee if stocks are available. Feel free to visit the nearest grocery store should you wish to restock for yourself. ★ Please communicate via the the booking portal wherever possible. This allows us to instantly identify your booking. Our average response time is less than 10 minutes. Note that text messages to my phone number won’t be received as we use an online phone system.

Stayed at this gorgeous multi-million-dollar property and had a perfect stay from start to finish. The location was unbeatable, especially as we attended the AC/DC concert, with around 80,000 people there, transport afterwards would have been an absolute nightmare. Being able to return so easily was priceless. The room was extremely comfortable, beautifully presented, and everything was exactly as it should be. Could not fault the experience at all. Highly recommend.

Brilliant place to see the city views
We had a girls weekend and absolutely loved this apartment for our stay. So central right near Fish Lane, this was a perfect spot. Apartment was so clean and bright and beautifully furnished. Amazing views over the Brisbane Southbank. Loved it.

Absolutely perfect for our weekend trip to brisbane
Apartment was wonderful with beautiful views of the river and city. Easy walk to everything we wanted, and two car spaces was a bonus! We will be back for sure!

Million Dollar Views and Comfort indeed!
Will definitely plan another stay here the next time we are in Brisbane! Clean, comfortable beds, excellent amenities and short walk to bridge leading into to CBD. Olivia was kindly supportive every step of the way. Providing excellent directions/communication and always prompt to respond to our every need. Vote Olivia for SuperHost.
We invited our Brisbane friends to join us and they enjoyed a wonderful staycation! Even if you live in the Brisbane suburbs I highly recommend you treat yourself to a stay here.

The booking process with wotif was straight forward but then you are passed to another then another , the problems were many right up to the check inn process when they "changed the code on the lockbox and forgot to tell us ''

Great location - poor admin
You have to do a lot of admin and payment outside the VRBO app …. Leading to double payment (although it was returned eventually). Communications with the property manager frustrating. Dirty duvet and smelly cushions. Listening device in main room (not mentioned in listing). Great location and view but even though on 29th floor could clearly hear the frequent trains all night. Could be a lot better.
