- We can prepare sofa beds upon requested at an extra cost of $45; Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.
-Please take the property key and fob with you at all times. Lost Key/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from AU$180.
-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.

Not worth the price. Won’t be returning. I’ve stay at Spire apartments with a different group but this stay was not as good. The room was not very clean, paint off walls, smelly at times and mould on back of tiny lounge.
