Loved our stay! One of the best places we’ve stayed! Friendly staff, quiet, clean, great location, walkable to food, shopping, public transportation. Nice outdoor area. The place is well cared for and maintained.

Two day stay

Excellent stay , friendly staff and helpful. Place was clean and neat . Room had air conditioning and was small but fine for wanted and paid for.

Clean fresh linen and towel, comfy mattress and pillow in a small, basic and affordable room. Walking distance to CBD and Central Train Station, tucked away on a quiet street. Friendly helpful owner and staff.

施設は古いですが、宿泊に問題はないです。 最寄駅から１５分ぐらい歩きますので、スーツケースでは不便です。 歩いて５分ぐらいのところにスーパーマーケットのウールワースがあり、平日なら２１時まで営業しています。 マネージャーの韓国人、シーンさんはとってもフレンドリーで親切です。

The staff is so friendly. There are a train station and a market. Even in midnight, I didn't feel no danger around the hotel. But, I stayed 4 nights, and no room cleaning and towel change. Except for them, it was comfortable.

Accueil chaleureux de Sean et bons conseils de visite Bien situé dans un quartier calme et résidentiel Supérette à proximité C’est mon 2e séjour dans cet hébergement : la 1ere fois je m’étais plaint du rapport qualité/prix mais pour ce 2e séjour j’ai eu une chambre bien plus agréable à l’étage : lumineuse et moins vieillotte mais également à un tarif 30% moins élevé que la 1ere fois. Cette fois-ci le rapport qualité/prix était bien meilleur, merci !

This property was more like a rabbit warren boarding house. There was NO tv as pictured. Shared facilities. Be aware a bond is taken to ensure no damage to the property.

Stated 9pm close time on booking page but got there & was told they shut at 8:30pm yet sign on the door also said 9pm I was lucky someone was still there Room had no tv or ensuit which for $130 pr night would at least have a tv Was very disappointed with size of room, location, access to room & just general atmosphere of the whole motel.

I went to check in on the day, they refused me entry as id lost my license on my trip and didnt have photo I.D. still charged me refused entry and refused to refund me and said they cant refund same day bookings. Had to go elsewhere book another accomodation and never actually got past the front desk. The bloke was rude at the desk and not sympathetic at all to the situation

Very disappointed. No television in the room or shared kitchen/eating area. No parking attached. Only paid street parking. No basin in the toilet. Only one communal shower for all guests to use. Not cleaned between uses.

I didn't say, Left right away. It is a lot of dust , it is look like carpet never washed last 50 years. it is 100% not good to stay if you have allergies

A horrible last minute decision to stay close to the gig we were attending. Arrived at 6ish to a locked reception door & 'We're closed' said from a dark window. After grudgingly allowing us entry he sighed, huffed & puffed his unhappy way through check in. 2nd surprise was the $150 bond payment which was more than the cost of the stay - Still un-returned to us 2 weeks after the stay. We were quickly shown to our room were it dawned on us what we had. A room, bed & mini fridge with about 500mm clearance from bed to wall. The choose your room on LM.com has 4 photos - 1 hazy shot of the bedroom & 3 of showers. Room Amenities has a bathroom listed with shower listed. Room definitely didn't have the space for a shower. After returning from the gig we then realized that the only thing possible to do in the room was read the bible - no tv. We didn't stay as it would have been awful to wake up in that awful room & stand in line for 1 of the 2 showers. Dark around the place at night with front gate wide open to anyone. Recommend 1st thing in ad should be - Rooms Have Nothing a Horrid Place with Grizzly Staff

Had to pay a bond at the property wich was worth more than the stay this has still not been refunded and quite frankly this is absurd especially as I’m relying on that money if you do not sort this out asap I will have to escalate things would not reccomend anyone to stay here unless you don’t mind waiting for a refund of your bond!!
