Walk to cafes, restaurants, local stores, the GABBA and just an easy walk to Southbank, CBD or Fortitude Valley. Long term renters receive one free park, WIFI, electric and water included in fee.

Modern ground floor unit, open plan meals/dining space that leads to a large private courtyard. Great unit for families, couples, groups or business travellers needing some where central and with free secure parking (x1), and a swimming POOL.
We like staying here then walking to a game at the GABBA or walking across the bridge to walk along the river to restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the StoryBridge Hotel Pub and Shafston Pub is across the street. The private courtyard provides lots of space for outdoor dining, bikes and children to play.

A large outdoor playground with basketball courts is a short walk away as are the Kangaroo Point Cliffs, Anytime Fitness, IGA, chemist, various restaurants.

2 large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 2 ensuite bathrooms.

Please note: we provide a “starter pack” for our guests (selection of teas/ coffee/cooking oil/ salt/ pepper/ peanut butter/vegemite/margarine/milk/basic cereal/loaf bread/basic noodle soup. Plus dish liquid soap/ hand soaps/ laundry soap/toilet rolls, etc) Items are not replenished during your stay.

Bathroom has a blowdryer, hair straightening iron, curling iron, shampoo, conditioner
Stay for a month, stay for a couple of days. Bring your suitcase and you are set.

Great stay!

Nice secure hideaway in the city. Good location within walking distance to Southbank and Queen Street Mall, provided you don't mind a bit of a hike. Apartment was modern, super clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Netflix was an added bonus.

Excellent!

We booked this apartment for a family wedding which was postponed not once, but twice! Raisa was so great in accomodating us through the whole process. The apartment was exactly what is said in the listing and suites us perfectly. Super clean, easy checkin and comfy beds - what more could you ask for!

The perfect pet-friendly escape <3

We could not be happier with the location, communication and place. Raisa and Peter made every effort to make our stay a pleasant and enjoyable one. The explanation of how to get to the property, open up and close was clear as crystal and so easy to follow! My husband, friend and I (and our fur baby) stayed in this beautiful apartment. It was close by and convenient to our needs - would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable accommodation, especially for those with fur babies. Thank you so much for the hospitality! <3

Perfect location

We loved it, thank you for all the amenities that were provided, including the kids games. It was walking distance to the local IGA and chemist. It was exactly as it was described. Loved that we had our own undercover secured parking spot which lead us straight to our door. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you it made our holiday stress free.
