"Convenient for our purpose. Restaurant was good and several other dining options nearby. Room very basic. Had jug, toaster and microwave but nothing to cook anything in the microwave with and only two of whatever they had. Two plates, two cups, two teaspoons etc. Friends stayed in self contained room and had to be bought pots, pans etc as there was basically none in the room."

"I appreciated the full attention of the receptionist when checking in. Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. "

"We had an excellent stay. Close to southbank and the city. Staff were helpful. Parking was easy (although tight for our 4x4). Very happy with our stay. Well probably be back. "

"My apartment was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. So conveniently located for events at Southbank. There were some additional extras which I really appreciated, like laundry powder - handy. Nice toiletries. Big towels. The TV and aircon were easy to operate. "
