"The cottage is so cute and quirky!Very clean! It is so very central in Hawes; excellent location. Wonderful Chippie across the street; market outside the door on Tuesday, Wensleydale Cheese outlet/giftshop/factory a few steps away. The entire village is within walking distance and a delightful, nostalgic break from the workaday world. That doesnt mean its sleepy; its a vibrant, bustling village!Perhaps a bit more emphasis on the quirkiness of the cottage would be helpful. The stairway...

"We loved this property. The owners obviously have an eye for decor as it is a really stylish place and beautifully finished. We loved how peaceful the property was and the owners had thought of everything . We really appreciated the tea, coffee and milk after a 5 hour drive and the muffins, biscuits and crisps were a lovely touch. All the information you needed was in a folder and we visited lots of the places recommenced in it. It’s a fantastic property and we hope to stay there again."

"Staff went the extra mile to accomodate our unorthodox arrival time. Room was small (we had been well warned!) but had everything we needed. Fresh milk provided with morning coffee - a really nice toich!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful time at Westbrook House. Beautiful views, peaceful garden, and a quick walk to the village pub with friendly people and amazing food. It is in a great location to traipse around the Dales, and is very cozy and well appointed (the bathroom is amazing)...just perfect to come "home" to after a day of walking or touring.
