Welcome to my cosy, eclectic two bedroom home from home in a prime Brighton location, just minutes from Preston Park and London Road Station. Sleeps up to 5 guests and features a private outdoor space, fast WiFi, and easy access to cafés, pubs, and the vibrant Open Market.

Welcome to this cosy and charming two-bedroom home, perfectly located in one of Brighton’s most vibrant and well-connected neighbourhoods. Ideal for families, friends, or work trips, the property comfortably accommodates up to five guests:

First Floor: Bedroom 1
Double Bed, Wardrobe Space & Two drawers of the chest of drawers (Please note -the bedding for the sofa bed is kept in the blanket box in this bedroom)

Second Floor: Bedroom 2
Double Bed, Sofa, and hanging space.

The home features two bedrooms, including a comfortable king-size bed, along with additional sleeping space to suit your group. Inside, you’ll find a bright and inviting living area, complete with a beautiful log burner that adds warmth and character during the colder months, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a stunning newly renovated modern bathroom and a dedicated workspace, making it a great option for remote working.

Guests will enjoy fast WiFi (Virgin Media, approx. 50 Mbps), a TV with streaming options, and all essential amenities including a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and full kitchenware. The property also benefits from a private outdoor space, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

For added comfort, heating is easily controlled via a remote, and hot water is available at all times. Please note the log burner is intended for use during colder months and is not recommended for use in spring and summer.

The location is a real highlight. Preston Park is just a five-minute walk away, while London Road Station is right around the corner, offering quick connections into central Brighton and beyond. The area is full of character, with local favourites such as the Open Market, independent cafés, great pubs, and restaurants including Curio, Fato a Mano, and El Campo all nearby. You’re also within easy reach of the famous Brighton Lanes and seafront.

Parking is available nearby, with bays close to London Road Station offering longer stays, as well as shorter-term options on surrounding streets such as Gerard Street.

This is a family-friendly home, but please note that pets are not permitted. Parties are strictly not allowed out of respect for neighbours. We kindly ask guests to remove shoes upstairs and avoid wearing shoes on rugs to help maintain the space.

Guests have full use of the entire property with private entrance

TRAVEL COT AND HIGH CHAIR: A travel cot and high chair are available on request for an additional charge and are subject to availability. Please ensure these are requested at the time of booking to avoid disappointment, and note that all additional charges must be paid upfront prior to arrival.

We provide a thick travel cot mattress compatible with Red-Kite Travel Cots and Graco models (93 x 64 x 6 cm). The mattress is made from quilted, breathable, anti-allergenic foam to ensure your baby’s comfort.

Please note that guests must bring their own cot bedding, as linen is not provided.

The travel cot is available for £15, and the high chair can be provided for £10 per item. We kindly ask that the high chair is returned clean upon departure.

My property management team is available 24/7 via email or phone should you need anything during your stay. They’re on hand to help with check-in, questions about the home, or any unexpected issues.

They ensure the property is professionally cleaned and prepared with fresh linens, toiletries, and all essentials before each stay. Their local team personally inspects the home to ensure it meets their readiness standards, so you can expect a smooth and comfortable experience from the moment you arrive.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
