60 steps to the Sea with private courtyard

60 steps from the beach! A perfectly located, stylish and cosy one bed lower ground floor flat in an 1820’s townhouse in the city centre, just off the seafront, with your private courtyard and an amazing and colorful 4-meter wall mural illustrated by the Italian artist Riccardo Matlakas.

Living room - a comfy futon sofa bed that can fit two more people in comfortably. Please note that there will be an extra charge of £20 to use the sofa bed when the booking is only for one to two. The dining table for two in the living room, which can double as a workspace using the 100mbps fibre broadband. The 40inch smart TV attached on a sleek and classy walnut wood tripod with Netflix, Disney plus and Amazon Prime Video all included. A wide selection of Brighton themed books can be found on the shelves. There are also a few board games to choose from. Weather not looking good today? It’ll be the perfect excuse to be a couch potato with a lot of entertainment indoors!

Kitchen - Newly installed units, Oven/Hob/Grill for cooking your own meals, along with a fridge freezer. All it takes is a touch of the button to have freshly brewed espresso coffee from the Pixie Nespresso Coffee Machine. There is a separate milk frother in case you are more of a latte person. Tea person? Tea is also available.

Courtyard - Your own private courtyard is situated to the rear of the property complete with a table and chairs, great for al fresco dining or a morning coffee. There is an amazing and colorful 4-meter wall mural illustrated by the Italian artist Riccardo Matlakas.

Bedroom - There is a double bed. Sleep in comfort on fresh White Company sheets on a super comfy pocket sprung mattress. A wardrobe with plenty of hangers, iron and iron board is also provided.

Bathroom - Also newly fitted, contains WC, basin, and walk in shower. 100% natural Faith in Nature shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. They are made from ingredients of the highest quality, naturally derived, cruelty-free ingredients with 100% natural fragrance - and they work beautifully. Heals Egyptian cotton towels and toilet rolls are provided.

One street away - Preston Street has a great selection of world cuisines.
Brighton station North Laine with over 300 independent shops are only 15 mins of walking distance away. The largest shopping mall - Churchill Square is only 5 mins away.

Comfortable

Once inside clean, comfortable surroundings. Courtyard lovely, great mural. A toaster would have been nice also a new/different sofa as rather uncomfortable and noisy.
