"Zimmer mit Balkon reserviert seit circa Drei Monate und nach zwanzig Minuten warte in einer Rezeption wo nur Englisch geredet wird, haben sie mir andere Zimmer gegeben weil meine an jemand anderen abgegeben wurde. Ich habe natürlich weniger bezahlt aber finde ich nicht im Ordnung."
