"The outside of the hotel was fairly dirty. There were small pieces of trash and unknown wet spots all around. The staff was very friendly but that was about the only positive for this property. There was a strong smell of air freshener as soon as you got off the elevator and the room had a musty smell. The air conditioner made a whining noise every time it turned on and did not cool the room very well at all which made for a very uncomfortable sleep."

"The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and spacious. That said, breakfast was just day-old pastries and lukewarm coffee, which was disappointing.
The biggest issue was with the Expedia Platinum perks. We usually book VIP hotels for the benefits, but they weren’t really honored here. "Liked the shuttle to the airport. Room and bathroom were large and cleaned, but easy chair in room was stained and fabric covering had split so stuffing was coming out. Carpet was stained in places. Water stain on bathroom wall had been painted over, but not sanded out, so paint was flaking over the protuberance."

"For the price my hotel room was ok. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The elevator by our room was down but there is another elevator at the other end of the hotel that was working. Room was clean but the air conditioning was running water maintenance did come and try and fix. The only thing I would complain about is the rooms have really poor lighting the lights are really dull in the room."

"The hotel smelled of air fresheners and the pool was nearly the size of a hot tub. The location was good, but the parking situation was pay by the day. The hard-surface flooring in the room helped increase our liking of the hotel; the strong air freshener smell was a negative, especially for people sensitive to it."

"The woman I encountered when I first arrived was very rude. I was about 45 minutes early for check-in. No one was at the desk but I could hear someone behind the wall talking. She walked out, said can I help you. I told her I was a bit early for check-in and she told me that I had to wait because I had a king room. Waiting was fine but when I went to ask her where I could go nearby for food she cut me off and told me I could sit in the lobby.
The lifeguard was very nice as were the cleaning...

"We were only there overnight. I used to stay here very often years ago so I was so shocked to find out about the $15 per night parking that they now charge! One of the main reasons why I stopped staying downtown...so what is the parking fee for? Also, I found about it while reading a sign that was posted on the elevator. The lady that checked me in, made no mention and could've got car towed!!! Also, the shuttle driver SPEEDS through the parking lot, so be aware! Not sure about breakfast...
