"The perfect weekend retreat!
We enjoyed the spacious screened porch and dock with views of the river. The home is beautiful & spotless with modern touches, a stocked coffee bar and comfortable spaces for everyone to gather. The host was quick to communicate and shared helpful tips about the property. Bridgeton is convenient to shopping, historic New Bern and nearby summer camps. We hope to stay again soon!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The rental was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos. Easy parking in the rear. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with items needed to cook meals. We loved the location! We parked on Friday and didn't need the car until we left on Sunday. We walked all over downtown which was wonderful. You can hear live music from the bar below but the music ended by 11pm. Host was quick to respond when I messaged. The front bedroom was...

"We enjoyed our stay at this historic property within walking distance to downtown New Bern. The features and historic quirks made the house extra special. It was clean and cozy. While we didn't bring our pet, the home is pet friendly, as advertised. The couch provided an additional firm sleeping option in addition to the 2 upstairs bedrooms; instead of a bed pulling up from the sofa, you folded out additional cushions and slept directly on the sofa. The few downsides were lack of dishwasher and...

"This is a good property. It is just outside the city near water (not the main river, a side creek. It's a quiet community with plenty of amenities. Check in was easy, it took just a few seconds to get the door unlocked (keypad) but once you did it it was easy. Alana, my host, was attentive and responsive. I had no issues but I'm certain she would have quickly responded if she was needed.
The room was cozy, about the size of a large extended stay hotel room. It was a little dated but I...
