"The ResidenZ at Bavarian Inn was a perfect place for my siblings and me to have a mini family reunion. Check-in was a breeze. There were 11 of us, all adults, and we found the home to be comfortable, spacious and met all our needs. We were there for 4 nights and had most of our meals at the residence. We brought a lot of prepared meals that just needed to be heated in the oven, but the kitchen was well-equipped. There was enough dinnerware and flatware for probably 20 to 25 people. The three...

"The house was darling and ship shape. We had a fantastic stay and will stay again. The back yard is completely private which was nice. The place is also very well equipped. "

Scott and Jill were extremely easy to work with and gave us many recommendations! We had a very relaxing family getaway! Overall great experience and great hosts would highly recommend!"

"WHERE TO START?!! I’M NOT KIDDING If you are planning a trip to the Frankenmuth or Birch Run area, you need to book your stay here. If I could give our host, Ryan, and his property, ten stars instead of five, I would without hesitation! There were so many extra touches that were in Ryan’s rental including, but certainly not limited to, bottled water in the refrigerator, a bag of ice in the freezer, laundry soap/dryer sheets, q-tips/cotton pads, creamers/sugar packets for the Keurig coffee...

"Beautiful home. We all enjoyed our stay. We were there from Florida for my brother’s memorial service and we were able to relax and enjoy family living in the area. I would highly recommend this home for your next stay. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Thank you for making this difficult time a home away from home experience. "

"Betty thinks of everything to make your stay comfortable. She has anything you might need to cook any meal, coffee tea creamer & sweeteners, fancy candy on the coffee table. She has recently updated living room furniture, washer dryer & quilts for the bed. This is our favorite place & Betty is so accommodating. You won’t regret booking this place!! "
