"Our athletic team and coaches stayed here for the weekend to attend the Junior National Championship at the Sid Richardson Ranch. Getting into the house was easy. John was a great communicator and quick to respond to questions and request. The house was spacious and had plenty of beds for all of us (as well as additional air mattresses). The 3 bathrooms were a huge plus for a group of 10. Laundry facility was on grounds plus laundry detergent. The kitchen was well equipped with many pots and...

"House is in a nice location. Everything worked. Was quiet and beds and bedding were great. Everyone slept very well. There is some maintenance that is needed. Some flooring has curled up and is a trip hazard. There are no grab bars in the bathrooms and there needs to be. The walk down to the water is steep and is via stone steps, which while they seem to be well secured there needs to be a railing the entire way. Outside of the building could use a good cleaning."

"The place was nice. The layout is interesting but fun. You might need to bring extra supplies as this place had no extra paper towels, napkins, cooking supplies. Not even salt and pepper. FYI, one of the rooms is only accessible via a skinny, steep, spiral staircase. "

"I loved this house! All the windows and natural lighting were awesome. The beautiful view from the King size loft was amazing to wake up to! I rented it for the weekend for my boyfriends 40th birthday. His brother's little family joined us for one night and the rest of the time we had to ourselves. It was so relaxing. Thank you the hosts! "Who says you have to drive or fly for hours to get to the perfect location? We live about 40 minutes away, but it was like being transported. The cottage is quaint, and the view was beautiful. All the positive reviews are spot on, would book again in an instant.Heading into the neighborhood does give you pause, it is much older and not upscale, but the property is secure and other than local dogs barking when something set them off all was quiet.Our lab loved being able to swim and play fetch....
